Elijah is awesome. So knowledgeable, helpful, polite, fun to talk to. He gave me many options for upgrading my phone, adding lines, reducing costs, bundles. Three different visits this month and his help was spot on. What a great representative for your business!

Went in with all kinds of questions about my service and was treated like family! The representative that took care of me Daniel I think his name is took his time to explain everything and found ways for me to save money AND get a new phone! Awesome service would highly recommend!!

Great store. Very clean and well lit, friendly staff. Forgot my phone charger on a road trip, in and out in a few minutes.

I went to trade in my iPhone 11 Pro Max to upgrade it to the iPhone 14 pro max. Danny who I was working with lied to me and told me that my series 3 watch wasn’t going to work with the new iPhone. I told him several times that I didn’t want it, but he kept pushing and said “so you want to get it” I said fine and asked him one more time, “so current my watch isn’t going to work at all with my new phone?!” He said “no it won’t work”. Just to find out from google, when I got home, that he lied and the series 3 watch will in fact work with the new phone you just have to update it. I was so disappointed with the service I was provided and it made it much more of a hassle than it needed to be. I sat on the phone with customer service for 2 hours trying to cancel the order and then had to go back into the store to return the watch. This all could have been avoided. If I go back to this store I will not work with him.

The staff person (Robby) took care of two issues for me effectively and efficiently. He also explained how something works on my phone so that now I can deal with it on my own.
