AT&T Store

Gave me an iPhone 14 pro max with a small defect in the glass. Refused to exchange it for a new one, citing that I could have done that myself. It's clear to any reasonable person, that that's not what happened. Didn't offer any resolution whatsoever. Location: 7200 W Archer - Summit

Horrible customer service. The 2 men working at the store were sluggish and dragged their feet to provide me with service. Initially I was told they had the phone I was looking for (iphone14 max) and later told me they don’t have it. While I waited for them to tell me what other store has it, 2 other customers came in with issues on their brand new devices. Instead of helping me he turned to one person who had an issue with his phone. He took the sim card out and began blowing on the phone with his mouth! Disgusting and unprofessional. Since he couldn’t fix that he went on to assist the other customer with his issue. Their dismissive attitude was very disappointing.

It's was an amazing experience to come in to this store. Love the manager on duty Adele she was very knowledgeable of all the products and helped me with my account. Definitely a place to visit if you need help.
