Went in to purchase a new phone on a trade in. Sean T. was the perfect employee to help us this week. He has fantastic customer service skills and saved us on our bill. Thank you Sean for all your help. You're The Best!!

Fredrique helped me as soon as I walked in the door. He was very kind and helpful and answered all my questions and was very informative. He was easy to talk to you and listen to what I had to say and I was in and out very quickly I wish more people were like him I would go in more if they were!

After a less than favorable beginning to our visit, my family and I were super impressed with the way Cortney not only stepped in to assist with AND solve our problem, but completely turned around what was on track to be a sour experience. She is a shining example of how much taking a bit more initiative, spending a little more time and showing even just an ounce of compassion really are the foundations of providing stellar customer service! I cannot express the sigh of relief we felt as we left with a resolved issue and a visit that ended on the highest of pleasant notes! Thank you again Cortney, and Da'Qua who assisted as well!

my boyfriend came in today to get his phone upgraded and Jacob made the whole process a breeze! he was very friendly and absolutely hilarious! highly recommend this store and Jacob!

Went in to change my service over from T-Mobile to At&t. Except for having to wait about 15 minutes to speak to someone, I was happy. The service was definitely an improvement. Worth the wait.
