Currently, with the implementation of prior appointments, no one in healthcare is up to the task, neither is Adeslas. Depending on the test you request, they can give you an appointment for more than a month despite it being private insurance. I give three stars because I don't know how to give half a star otherwise I would give two and a half stars and it sucks.
After a year and having renewed for a second year, I needed an appointment for a specialist and I had to request it online and they gave it to me within two months. After that time, the day and time of my appointment arrived and I showed up at the clinic. and they tell me that the specialist has not been able to come (nor do they tell me the reason) so they tell me that they would contact me to make a new appointment. Well, two weeks later, here I am still waiting for the call for the new appointment, which is why my experience with this company is zero and embarrassing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.
On the first floor of the Castellón office there is a problem with the roof that results in a large area where people pass through being fenced off.
This has been the case since before the summer, that is, for more than six months. The movement of elderly people does not cease to entail risks in this area, in the middle of the main floor of the office.
I have been trying to contact the clinic all day, Friday, without any of the phone numbers that appear on the Adeslas website as a ringtone.
I have also contacted the Company, without them being able to solve it, NOTHING.
When I try to make the appointment via the web, when I select the doctor, the system tells me that this professional has a busy agenda for the next 10 weeks and does not allow me to complete the appointment either.
I don't know what else I can do to make an appointment, because if the phone lines don't give a ringtone, the website doesn't allow me to make an appointment, and the company doesn't give me any solution... well, they'll tell me.
A real nonsense.
All this without mentioning that I live in Valencia capital and that the only professional that the Adeslas company has, for what I require, is in Castellón.
I repeat, A REAL DISPUTE.
