Let it be noted that the review is not about the girls who work at the clinic, who are not to blame. The review is due to the management of the company that seems to me to be scammers and I want to explain my case, so that people who travel or who are living abroad do not get scammed like this company has done to me. I started my laser hair removal treatment in Coruña, I am from Barcelona, ​​I started 3 sessions and it was summer and because of the beach and sun, I stopped doing it until the return of winter, which is easier. In winter, for work reasons, they transferred me to Pamplona to work and the only clinic I had was in Vitoria and they transferred me there, it was an hour away by car, but okay. Things went wrong when, a few months later, for personal reasons, I had to move to my hometown of Barcelona, ​​where there is no clinic, therefore I cannot spend my Laser sessions. I asked for my money back, since I am paying a total of 2000 euros month by month and I have only spent 400 at most. They told me that they are not going to refund my money and that the only thing I can do is have a friend or family member do it, something that I do not have in Galicia or Vitoria or that my sessions will stay there for when I can do it in Barcelona , if they open a clinic. I feel cheated and that I have lost 2000 euros. So I hope this review helps people like me, so that the same thing doesn't happen to them.

The truth is that everything is very good, it is the first time I have had the laser done on my legs, groin and armpits and I am happy. Apart from the fact that I am seeing very good results, I like that they take good care of you and the girls are very friendly and try to make you as comfortable as possible, they ask you how you are doing during the session. Before going it is true that I did a little research and it is one of the ones that gave me the best comments, in my personal experience I am happy :)

Very nice workers, they make you feel comfortable. The laser sessions are noticeable, I am very sensitive and they offered me to try another less painful machine and I am honestly happy. Recommended, they even have good offers.

I definitely give the 5 stars to the girl who helped me (I don't remember her name) I know she is Asturian, and I say this so that they are valued, why many times we only name to complain. I come from a clinic transfer, I am not saying that the other clinic was bad, the transfer is for personal provincial reasons. But what I said, the girl loved it, very kind, very polite, truly a charm.
