TOTAL SCAM. The woman named Astrid made me a 1hr speech full of lies about a special discount for the laser hair removal. I have been scammed more than 4000 MXN because she made me believe that I could pay cash and still took my credit card print. She was very good at making commercial promises that are in fact not even existing. Don’t waste your time and money there.

Avoid unless you want to lose your money. As others have stated this is a fraudulent operation, running the same scam and delivering the same excuses over and over again. They’ll try and confuse you with multiple assurances, packages and payment options and then hide behind lies to delay and frustrate any attempts to get your money back. My wife was miss sold a package in July, she wanted a smaller number of laser sessions than offered in their packages the lady at the reception told that was fine. My wife paid close to a thousand dollars yet unknown to her, she had actually been sold a bigger package, the very one she said she did not need. This all came to light after our first session was done and for the second they wanted more money, even though we’d paid almost a thousand dollars! For 6 months we’ve been trying to recover our money. The manager, supervisor, people at the desk all have promised refunds and blamed the now departed sales lady for the issues. We even tried to compromise and said we’d just do the sessions we’ve paid for, unbelievably they refused and wanted more money even though we’d paid close to a thousand dollars for just one session! Every story we have been told has been a lie and an excuse, we are now getting civil protection authorities involved, then the police and if that does not work will be handing out flyers with reviews and our experience outside their front door. These people have no right to still be in operation, I encourage you to come forward with your story and hit them where it hurts, and all they care about, their pockets!

They are very invasive with privacy, after buying a package for 16,500 pesos and paying it off, they sold me another one that I decided not to finish anymore and they told me that in order to receive package 1 I had to continue paying for the other one. The contract does not specify anything like that. It was a show to get them to serve me. One of the nurses ended badly and burned me. A total nightmare. I stayed in session 9 because I didn't want to have any more bad times. I do not recommend it to ANYONE. And as for the results, they are not good as they say. Very disappointed.

If one day you have the opportunity to wax at Europiel; throw it away! It's been a year and a half and it has worked for me, I just still have some hair missing, the nurses are cool, now the bad thing: almost always during the waxing session the saleswoman comes in to harass you, wanting to sell you more parts to be waxed, saying that with offers, while you are semi naked, the appointments are scheduled only through the application and if you want to reschedule they are very spaced, also in the middle of the treatment you can no longer shave and you have to go hairy to be examined one day before your session because otherwise you lose the guarantee, and with 10 sessions you are not able to lose all the hair, so they have you almost begging and juggling to not miss any appointments. What they charge is also very expensive, compared to other places. Something they don't tell you in order to sell is that if your hairs are blonde, they won't be removed with the laser and even if you pay for the package they won't give you a refund.

The worst experience, don't waste your money and time. After purchasing your packages, there is no time to serve you and they delay you
