They got us in same day within 30 minutes for hairstyles. The lady doing my hair was super sweet.I would definitely go back again. Great service and I loved my hair and it didn’t take super long  !!

Friendly atmosphere, however, my hair did not hold just as soon as I walked out the door the curls fell completely out, had to redo my hair when I arrived at the venue for my sons wedding. That was with them adding hair spray and anti humid spray.

I went in for a blow dry several weeks ago. I had so many compliments on my hair that day it was almost embarrassing :-)  Chiamaka is very very good!!

First time here, needed a last minute blow out and this place was wonderful. My stylist was sweet & gave me exactly what  I wanted!! Highly recommend.

In fairness everyone is nice and always smiles! I love how i dont feel rushed cause there is plenty of equipment for everyone. I hate rushing especially when i see big guys hovering. But since there arw lots of equipment or machines, i am able to do everything i need to.

I could spend a whole day in the gym because there is so much to do and i can also chill at the sauna. I love how theyve got almost wvery machine for every muscle group. They also have bumper plates olympic plates. I love that when i deadlift, even when it gets too heavy for me and i drop the barbell, i dont get weird looks. Im not trying to show off, its just dangerous for me to try and drop it gracefully. They have a deadlifting platform.

I have sensitive skin and im glad im not breaking out in hives when i workout because the place is clean.every member wipes the equipmemt after every use.

Theres a health bar in front. I have yet to try their shakes or protein bars though. I think theyre reasonably priced.

No one rushes me in the bathroom or shower rooms either. I spend hours there doing my hair sometimes.

The music is not the greatest though. They tune in on a certain fm station on the radio. I dont mind because i have my ownn earphones anyway.

Its a plus that whenever i forget to bring my water bottle, i can always hydrate at the drinking fountain.

The people are nice. Even those big muscly guys and girls dont mind you or dont look at you weird even jf you are a beginner. Also dont be intimidated because almost everyone here looks like an athletw

Ive been to many gyms in the philippines. Golds peoria so far has been the best ive gone to.

I love love LOVE this gym! It’s very clean, aesthetically pleasing, their machine selection is phenomenal and they are constantly upgrading and getting new equipment and very consistent in fixing anything that is broken, including mirrors. They even have a sauna. They have an indoor track! They have TWO fitness class rooms, one for standard classes and the other specifically for spin. And I find the people who lift there to be much nicer and more welcoming than the people at planet fitness. If you’ve been thinking of
Coming in I implore you to come by and check  her out. I’ve never been in a better gym and that is including other golds in Florida, gyms in the area and a couple gyms for the wealthy in Beijing China. Plus it’s only 40 a month so super affordable.

Cedar Rock Yoga Studio

I had a lovely class this morning at Cedar Rock, practicing Iyengar yoga has been helpful for my lower-back issues.  What I enjoy most about practicing here is how beautiful it is, the studio is well-equipped and the instructors are highly educated, highly recommend trying this place out for yourself!  They have a Restoratives class on the first Friday night of each month, with classes on Monday nights, Wednesday and Saturday mornings.  Be sure to check out their Facebook page as they have regular workshops that are highly informative as well.

Anne is a great teacher. She focuses on perfecting the poses for maximum result and strength building.  Great for connecting mind and body.

Just really enjoy attending classes here. The instruction is very thoughtful and thorough, and its most certainly been a benefit to my health.

Lubbock Fit Body Boot Camp

I joined LFBBC about 2 months ago. I am 64 yrs old and was very skeptical about trying them out. Wasn’t sure I could “keep up” or would look silly trying. That is not the case at all. The staff is so kind and helpful and always ready to help me if I need modifications. They are so encouraging to everyone. I’ve found my new home for my fitness journey. #family

I love this place! It is perfect for a short but challenging workout that fits into my schedule. I feel so much stronger, and the coaches have helped me get into some healthy habits, so I can loose the weight I have held onto for years! They will push you to be your best and I appreciate that for when I can't do it for myself.

We love this place! My wife and I just started working out here, so far we like it and impressed with the workout pattern. We really enjoy the workouts and already started seeing the results. Each station has sanitiser, maintains safe distance to each other to workout in a group as a COVID precaution. The coaches are very kind and awesome. They are really helpful and care for you. Overall, a great place and awesome people to have fun thrilled workouts!!

Started with the 21 day trial and honestly wasn’t too sure if I’d keep going but I can say that the workouts are exactly what I was looking for. I’ve been really happy with the variety of workouts and the each coach has their own style but they are all trying to get just that little bit extra out of each one of us. This is really ideal for anyone who is looking for something that fits into a quick 30-35 minutes time frame,  just know you’ll feel the burn for hours or even days later. The coaches also do a great job of building a community which is really important when your trying something new. They welcome you, get to know you and start to push you and before too long you’ll find yourself WANTING to get that next workout in!  I find that the coaches believe in you before you do and they push you to do on more rep or add more weight in a “I know you can do this” kind of way. Anyway, the trial is such an easy way to check it out and it is very much worth it just to get an idea of how it works and if the workouts are for you. If nothing else, you’ll get a great workout in and you’ll be proud of yourself for doing that!

I started in May and I’ve seen some progress. I really enjoy the FBBC coaches. They are there to help you and guide you. I definitely recommend FBBC. I’m glad I chose FBBC.

StretchLab

I enjoyed my session with Brandon.  He was very professional and very informative.  In just a short 50 min period, he was able to increase my range of motion and determine the areas that needed the most work.  I’m looking forward to my next visit.

I had Logan give me an excellent 25 minute Demo stretch as part of the Black Friday promo.  He was very articulate and knowledgeable for all of the questions I had, and I left feeling great!  Highly recommend him!

Met Stretch Lab at a pop-up event. I already saw so much relief after my 10-minute demo stretch. Can't wait until my appointment in the studio with Tamorah.

I extra love the StretchLab in Allen off Stacy! I’ve been to other stretching facilities, and the competition doesn’t even come close to the overall experience you have at this particular StretchLab.The body workers here are highly skilled and fine-tuned to know the trigger spots needing help the most. I can easily overdue and burn out my muscles, as I’m hypermobile and don’t always know I’m going too far. That doesn’t happen at the Allen StretchLab - nothing but an amazing feeling during and after a session.
A favorite practitioner I’ve worked with, Laura, is the cream of the crop and wins the gold star if I’m casting vote for the best stretch experience. Laura is funny, empathetic, insightful and takes great interest in helping you hit your targeted goals for a session. You can’t help but feel Amazing after a good stretch with her. Laura is very skilled at this craft, knows the human body and all of its complexities, and makes the stretching experience such a positive feel-good. This is the type of thing I greatly enjoy sharing with others - you will be so glad you did this for yourself!

Frisco Fit Body Boot Camp

This place is absolutely amazing! It is amazing for different reasons than you think- they create a sense of family, they adjust to ALL levels of fitness, they are positive and encouraging, and have the perfect balance of pushing you and supporting right where you are. This group of people- owners and coaches— are doing far more than just working out, they are truly changing lives.  They can do this because they get to know you- they know what hurts, they know what motivates you- they just know what you need. If you want a place to belong, a place to get healthy- physical and nutrition, a place to be pushed, and a place to give back- you have found it in Frisco Fit Body Boot Camp. Selfishly I would prefer that this place does not become overcrowded and too busy- but that would be a disservice to others and against my moral code, so instead I invite you in to come experience this gem so you can discover all that you never knew you needed.

I love Frisco Fit Body! I love the different workouts, the coaches, the location and the other members. The atmosphere is welcoming and great for the beginners and the more advanced. The workouts are 30 minutes, there is no time to complain or question your life choices, you are in and out quickly and you get still get a great workout!

Frisco fit body has been such a positive experience for me since I joined. Being a working mom I struggled making time for myself but the 30 min workout is easy to fit in my schedule. The classes are a perfect combo of fun and challenging- and go by so quickly! Looking forward to continuing my journey here!

I just started at FBBC and I am so thankful that a friend referred me to this awesome place. The workouts are challenging but only 30 minutes long so I know I will be able to stick with it to see real results. The staff is so motivating, friendly, and fun-making it the perfect way for me to start my days in a positive way. The Yoga Place

Beautiful atmosphere in a converted church. Great instruction from Karen. Signing up for a class was a breeze on their website (no Mindbody or any weird log ins required).

Really a must-visit if you're a travelling yogi coming to Hot Springs -- they have props like blankets, blocks, and straps, so no need to pack those. Will come back when I travel this way again!

Dropped in for a few classes on our visit and so glad we did. Amazing studio with experienced teachers. Peaceful ambiance and welcoming space. The stained glass windows make for an extra spiritual experience. Will definitely be back!

My bridesmaids and I had a yoga class at our Airbnb while in town. Karen did an incredible job of leading a class and also helping us relax from our travels. It was the best part of our trip! If you are thinking of doing some yoga in Hot Springs, you should definitely reach out to Karen! Thank you Karen for making our trip very memorable!!

I have been on the road for weeks now, and I can feel it in my bones. My Google search for "Yoga in Hot Springs" led me to this listing. The pictures of stained glass windows and the description of wooden floors caught my attention, as well as the Tourists Welcome adage on their site. In fact, the instructor, Karen was wonderfully welcoming! There were yogis of all ages, sizes and skill levels, and the space was as beautiful as it was described. Working the kinks out with Karen at The Yoga Place was a true pleasure. No visit to Hot Springs would be complete without it.

Discovered this gem while on a girls trip to Hot Springs. The flow class with Karen was the perfect way to recover after a full day of travel the day before. We did two classes that week. Both instructors were lovely and the local students were warm and welcoming. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space with us!

Drybar - Plano - Legacy

I have textured hair and after my second visit, I can officially say that I love it here! The stylists are efficient and use the appropriate heat settings. The products are great too! My blowouts have never looked so amazing and lasted so long.

My friend and I came yesterday get our hair done for a wedding. I had guy working on my hair I ask if a braid would suit me he recommended me not to get a braid. He rush through my hair and my friend was still getting her hair done ( I have so much hair compare to her so I was shocked to be done so fast) he give me mirror to look at my hair. It was nothing like Mai Tai picture. I was so embarrassed when I saw my hair looking flat. I felt like he was ready to grab next customer. Had him redo the hair cause I couldn’t go to a wedding looking like that! Then he want to offer me a braid but he like depending on time. I just had him redo curls and bring them up cause I have no idea what he did first time. He also took big chunks of hair so he could finish faster. This was awful experience and as a regular customer this was just terrible. Once I got to venue I had a bridesmaid redo my hair before the wedding. This was a waste of money and time. Normally satisfied every time I come but not this time. Not to mention I had scheduled dry styling but he was walking me to get a wash. Had to stop him tell him what I came for.

I reached out to this location to share the frustration and they were extremely responsive.  She credited my daughter back the cost of her blowout and was very understanding.  We will definitely be giving this location another try.  Thank you Drybar!!!

Previous Review 1 star: My daughter scheduled a blowout for her graduation. Asked for some volume and a bit of large curl and it had already fallen out before she got home an hour later. Called and left a message asking someone to call me to see if we could reschedule or receive a discount. I’ve visited several Dry Bar locations from Houston, Southlake, and Vegas and this time was very disappointing. We expected more for the price.

My go to spot if I want my hair styled for an event! Easy to schedule, fairly quick to get in and out, nice and clean salon. Nicole was awesome!

Clarissa was fabulous, she was absolutely kind and so gentle with my curly hair which aren’t easy to blow dry, I showed her a photo and told her exactly what I wanted and she did the exact same thing. Highly recommend the salon!

I love StretchLab! Started going about two months ago regularly. I go once a week and it really helps my movement throughout the week. Pain in my feet has gotten considerably better along with range of motion.  Ashley does a great job working out all my kinks.

StretchLab Flower Mound location has treated me exceptionally well.  The customer service and definitely the flexologist have been to notch.  I used to go to another stretch location and this one in Flower Mound is far better in many ways.  Not to mention, it’s only 4 minutes from my house.  The staff have all been great and I feel so much better after getting my stretch sessions now. I’m am in my 50’s so I have to try and keep limber any way I can.  Give it a try, you won’t be sorry!

First timer. I haven’t been injured, just needed help getting my lower back, hips, and shoulders to quit aching from sitting and side-sleeping too much. I do yoga regularly but hit a plateau and haven’t been able to improve my form or relieve the tightness in these areas so decided to try some assisted stretching. WOW!  Kirsten was personable and knowledgeable. I felt an immediate difference in my troubled areas. I’ve tried getting regular massage and have never had this kind of relief. It felt like my hips were “breathing” for the first time. I’m a believer and will be going back regularly for these adjustments.

I love going to Stretchlabs, wished I had started sooner. Kirsten does a great job with the treatment plan for me to increase flexibility and limit joint pain! I highly recommend trying it out!

I woke up the next morning feeling the best I’ve felt in months. I walked into the place not knowing what to expect. Tija addressed my issues immediately. Ouch it hurt in a good stretchable way. My hip flexors were bothering me and she knew exactly what to do. And, toward the end, she stretched my chest and shoulders. Awe, that felt so good. Then on to the next area. I have severe arthritis in my neck. She stretched and did whatever else to make my neck feel loose and relieved. I wish she would’ve stayed on my neck for another 10 minutes. I can’t say enough good and positive words for Tija. Let’s not forget Lauren. She welcomed me when I walked in. She’s friendly and knowledgeable of the business. Love her personality. Great way to start my new journey with StretchLab. I’m looking forward to my next appointment and all the following. I’m an active gal who doesn’t stretch enough and so with that said, StretchLab is my new place. I have bragged about StretchLab to my friends and family. I’ve finally found someone and a place who is making me feel so much better.
