Radiant Skin Treatments

Unprofessional.  I was looking forward to a facial with a little guidance in terms of the most beneficial for my skin.
I was put in a room, no consultation at all regarding what facial.  She was cold in the sense that I could feel it in her touch.  I tried to ask questions about the facial, and basically got no answers.  She then tried to sell me products in which indicated my skin
needed (not sure what) since she never discussed anything.  Her service was a  zero, but I had to give a one.
Do not  waste your money.

I’m so happy to say I found my new esthetician. I found a deal on Groupon but still tipped full price for the treatment she gave me…she deserved it. I am now only trusting my face with Arina, I got my first chemical peel with her, and now she’s going to be doing any other facials I need! Her customer service is exceptional, the atmosphere was clean and calm, and overall the experience was amazing. If you are not sure on what you need trust me she will take care of you and customize it just for you!!

Update: I’m still going here and it’s still the most amazing my skin has ever looked. And I’m now 41. Arina is the best!

I started coming every 6 weeks about a year ago and my skin is so improved. I used to get acne horribly and I’m still in my 30’s, now I rarely have a break out and when I do it is small and goes away much faster. The peels and products have been wonderful. Highly recommend!

I've been going to Radiant Skin for over 10 years and absolutely love Arina! She does great work and knows what products to use to help whatever problem you're having.  Even though I moved from Louisville 7 years ago, I still make the 1+ hour drive to see her because I don't trust anyone else to do it. I've had bad experiences in the past at other places (like a facial burn that took a year to heal) so I know the things that can go wrong, and that's why I won't go anywhere except Radiant Skin. Grand Rapids Men's Clinic

Made this appointment to see what was going on with Dr Naveed Naeem.  Even invited my GF to come with.  The evaluation was very in detail.  We spoke cadidly of potential issues and recommendations were made.  Dr was very very nice and the staff eased any tensions.  I would highly recommend Dr Naveed Naeem and see him again is any other issues were to arise (ha no pun intended)

Met with Dr. Naeem today for the first time. I was super impressed by his manner, intelligence, and thoroughness. He showed tremendous knowledge and really seemed to care about my health. Hubby and I are going to use these guys. Cannot recommend him or his staff highly enough. Their medication prices are very affordable, and they offer plenty customized treatment plans.

I have NEVER had a doctor show such personal attention to me. I was first struck by the fact that he comes out to the waiting room and greets each patient then takes them back to the exam room. Both times I've seen the doctor, he has given me his undivided attention and concern. He has also called me personally to follow up. An unheard of practice! I didn't see him for urology, but for an autoimmune disease. He is knowledgeable and willing to explore alternative options for care. Also unheard of in this conservative community. I recommend him without reservation.

During my annual physical, my primary care physician noticed some drastic changes happening to me. Although I am aging, the amount of hair on my head, my mood, and my body shape in general were all changing. He quickly referred me to the Grand Rapids Mens Clinic for a testosterone test.

For so long, I couldn't figure out what was happening to me, why my interest in my hobbies seemed to be lacking, or why my energy was just overall low.

After I met with Dr. Naeem at the Grand Rapids Mens Clinic and I voiced my concerns, he put me at ease with his professional and friendly demeanor. And as a true professional, Dr. Naeem discussed everything that was happening to me, addressed all my concerns, and assured me not to worry, that these are very common symptoms for someone my age to experience.

After some tests, we began a treatment customized for me and I feel like my old self again! I usually don't write Google reviews, but for a situation like my own, where so many men share this same experience, I felt the obligation to shed some light to this issue.

I cannot recommend this clinic enough, it was life changing!

I LOVE it here! Everyone's always so welcoming and makes you feel so comfortable. My first time I had Anna and she was amazing, she's super sweet and makes you feel super comfortable and keeps you distracted from the pain, which I love. My second time I had Jennifer and she's equally amazing. She makes conversation the whole time to keep you comfortable and she gets EVERY hair 😭 10/10.

Unite Fitness Retreat

To put it simply, there is no place on earth like Unite Fitness Retreat. Whether it be the encouraging environment of likeminded people, the coaches who are equally knowledgeable as they are enthusiastic, the impossible-to-get-sick-of mountainous location, the wide range activities working both the heart and the soul, the coaches, and did I mention the coaches? - I have a difficult time believing that it gets any better than Unite.
If you are reading this now, it is likely that you are in the same place that I was not so long ago- that is, doing extensive research on all types of retreats and trying to find your perfect fit. And like me, you may have already stumbled upon programs in places everywhere from California to Thailand, Florida to Spain, Tennessee to Hawaii - essentially, you’ve officially realized that the sky is the limit. Still, you may find yourself remarkably and bafflingly drawn to a retreat in Utah.
To begin, the location could not be any more perfect. I can assure anyone who may hold concerns which stem from watching Sister Wives that you will likely not come to face with that side of Utah. The Unite “headquarters” are walking distance to the facilities where we spend every morning, within close distance to most hiking trails, across the street from the buzzing Vivant Arena, close to plenty of parks and public spaces, and there are tons of great places to shop at nearby, too. There’s so much to explore and it’s super easy to get around. It’s difficult to get bored!
Now speaking of the program itself- every day is very structured, and they stick to the same weekly schedule. The mornings include a mix of group circuit training, strength training, and cardio. They take us boxing once a week too, which is a crowd favorite!
The coaches create such a fun environment during the group training -  they’re always blasting great tunes, cheering everyone on, and they’re so knowledgeable and excited to help out with anything and everything. And they’re just the type of people you want to be around🙃
“Lunch and Learn”s are always super awesome and informative. And I can say confidently that throughout my six weeks, I learned something new every single day. The coaches discuss everything from grocery stores to weight lifting to cognitive dissonance. The coaches are especially great at creating an open environment and often times, the lessons are interactive and even conductive towards ones’ personal questions or goals.
Every day, a hike follows lunch. The hikes were personally my favorite part of every day. Each trail is almost as challenging as it is beautiful. Utah is truly a magical place to connect to nature!
The rest of the day following the hikes are designed around recovery and mindfulness. They offer a variety of yoga and stretch classes which I always found to be so relaxing and helpful. There are also wonderfully relaxing spa services available in place of the classes!! The tension massages are particularly awesome. The emphasis on intertwining mindfulness with physical goals has personally been life changing!
The type of person that goes to Unite is the type that wants to work on themselves in any capacity. The harmonious environment is so comforting, supportive, and motivating, because beyond showing up for myself every day, there is also a family-like community of people that I felt responsible towards showing up for. It’s so easy to find people to connect with and I still keep in touch with plenty of my Unite pals on a regular basis. We even have a support group chat where we share updates on our journeys. It’s super cute🤓
So, If you’re thinking about joining Unite, stop thinking about it and just do it. The gains are worth more than any doubt or excuse not to go. And the food is fabulous and in abundance, in case you were wondering.
Every day I spent there was truly a blessing and I can’t wait to go back soon and continue my progress!!

Life changing! You're taught that healthy food doesn't have to taste bad. That working out doesn't have to be a chore. That living a healthy lifestyle doesn't have to be boring! The trainers and staff are incredible! Truley care about your well being and why you're there! Worth every penny, and then some! Made  some wonderful friends and life-long skills! Best investment you could ever make in yourself!

When I left on my last day all I could think about was when I could come back.  It's a wonderful experience that reset my thinking and gave me confidence in my abilities.  I'm planning my 2024 calendar to return.  I can't say enough great things about every single trainer, chef, nutritionist, life coach, etc., that were part of my Unite experience.

I had an excellent experience at Unite fitness retreat. I can’t say enough about the program and the staff. The scenery was outstanding. I would highly recommend it to people who are ready to make a lifestyle change in relation to their physical and mental health. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Unite is honestly one of the best things I have ever done for myself. The whole program is fantastic and you can decide what works for you and what doesn’t. I went in wanting a reset on my habits and my mind. I came out of it with a bunch of new friends, a totally new perspective on food and exercise, and just so much positivity. It exceeded my expectations in every way.

Mornings are full of different types of exercise and afternoons provide hiking and yoga opportunities. Matt (who runs the show) is just so good at what he does, and really takes the time to get to know people and their individual needs. Laird, the other head trainer, is one of the funniest people I’ve ever had the privilege to meet, and is insanely good at motivating people. Everyone who works here is amazing and they make every day more fun and more interesting than the last.

10/10 I would recommend you come to Unite.

Gold's Gym (Idaho Falls)

Iv never had any problems with golds gym Idaho falls… iv been there since golds was at the location before this big and improved location you have now… i gave you a 5 and id give u more but there is no more stars to do so but your 24/7 access is a major plus for me now the facility, equipment and the extras are amazing tools for a great workout over all. The lighting even at 2am is great makes it feel like your doing a great workout during mid day I have nothing negative to say about this gym…

The gym has a good atmosphere for any age. Every gym in town has its strengths. The family environment, inclusive activities and day care, cardio machines, and pool are great.

Best thing about this gym are the trainers and packages. Strongly recommend Jeremy Marcotte for training. He’s a guy that proves he knows what he’s doing.

Golds gym is a really great gym. I love this place. The equipment is great and they are really good at getting new equipment when it's needed and taking care of equipment they already have.
Trayson at the front desk is super helpful and always a happy face! He always greats me and is an awesome energy at the front desk!

Golds Gym in Ammon Idaho is my favorite gym that I’ve ever belonged to. The staff is inviting and friendly and make me feel special when I walk through the door.  The machines are a great way to work out on your own or with a friend, and there is always good music playing and television to watch, so you don’t get bored. The group fitness classes and instructors are my favorite part about belonging to Golds. They have always offered a diverse variety of formats, morning and evening. Thanks to Golds, I’m in the best shape of my life and have made some of the best friends, too!

Gold’s Gym is a great place for anyone wanting a great workout. I love the group class options, especially Body Pump! Keri has been my favorite instructor for years! She’s so welcoming to the newest member and all the way up to the regulars.

The Niche

After 3 months, I am still finding new challenges and progression in each session. Nicki does a great job encouraging good technique, safety and body awareness while mixing up the routines. It has been a very positive experience! Thank you:)

Love the Niche!  I am a 61 year old woman diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and also psoriatic arthritis.  I had concerns about my posture and overall strength.  I was sharing my concerns with 2 of my sisters and they suggested taking a Pilates class.  One of my sisters recommended taking a class from Nikki at the Niche.  I contacted her and had a great consultation.  I worried that I might struggle with keeping up with the others in the class so I began by taking a couple of private classes.  With Nikki’s help, I was quickly able to feel confidence to be in her regular class and still felt like I was getting the individual attention I needed to make sure I was doing the movements correctly.  I feel like I’m able to have a good, effective workout without experiencing pain.  I love seeing positive changes in how I look and feel!

I have truly benefited from palates.  Before, I struggled with back pain each day.  When I consistently do palates,  I feel strong and do not have the pain!  I am able to do so much more.  I love Niki,  she is a great instructor, great person, and very knowledgeable.  Thanks Niche!

Nicki has an amazing talent for understanding the body. Lucky to have this Pilates instructor in our town. Lots of fun workshops here too

I had to learn the hard way that all Brazilian waxes are not created equal.  I’ve had more than a couple of Brazilians by different waxers, and Mari is the best by far.  She takes her time and is knowledgeable about the different types is waxes.  I leave there with a nice,smooth pain-free Brazilian wax.

Highly recommend! Best Brazilian wax I’ve had. She was very professional, clean environment and made sure I was comfortable the whole time.

I had my first appointment with Mari today and i see why she comes highly recommended! I got a Brazilian wax and had a great experience. She was very friendly, the salon was clean and relaxing, and the service was very professional. Even though it was a bit of a drive coming from Decatur, I will be happy to do it again next time I need a wax.

Planet Fitness

Great atmosphere and the equipment offered is really good, they do need to get another Butterfly machine, there has been times when we couldn't use it. To many people waiting for it. Very popular machine.

I went to Planet Fitness mostly for the HydroMassage and red light Therapies. I cannot say enough about the hydro massage it felt so good it was very relaxing. Also set in a massage chair which was also good but not as good as what I've had in other places the massage didn't go deep enough in the massage chair but it still helped. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I have to honestly say I'm very happy that I got a VIP membership at this place. There was plenty of machines on the floor even if they were busy which they were not at the time that I went there would have been a machine open for me to use. I find this highly impressive I have had gym memberships before and at these gyms there was not enough equipment for use. This place seems to have plenty it's very clean the women's locker room is very nice. Overall I was highly impressed and I'm looking forward to going back and getting in a good workout and another Hydro massage

Hands down the best Planet Fitness nation wide to date on our travels around the USA!!!

We were warmly welcomed straight from the get go by the wonderful staff Gage and Marissa. These two people exemplify what customer service can and should be. They were super friendly, helpful and accommodating and honestly it seemed like they really enjoyed working at this branch and helping out the clientele.

The facilities themselves where out of this world, all the machines were brand new, clean and functional. The different zones were layed out well and best of all "THE SHOWERS WERE STEAMING HOT" thanks to the fact that they have "On Demand" gas instead of tanks like other branches, also they were so damn clean you could eat off the floor which is once again a testament to how hard Gage and Marissa were working while we were there (both of them constantly checking to make sure all the spray disinfectant bottles were clean and everything was well stocked).

This place is amazing and an absolute 10/10.  If the owners of this store don't already know it, they should be paying the staff a whole lot more because people like this are very rare these days, especially at their age. Well done Planet Fitness, Gage and Marissa for being aawesome.

It's been a but since iv joined Planet Fitness, and I must say, it's been an amazing fitness journey. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and motivated to achieve my fitness goals.

Facility and Equipment: The facility is clean, well-maintained, and spacious. I appreciate the variety of cardio machines, weightlifting equipment, and functional training areas available. It never feels overcrowded, and I never have to wait long to use the equipment I need.

Hygiene and Cleanliness: One of the things that impressed me the most is the commitment to cleanliness. The gym is spotless, and the staff works diligently to ensure that every piece of equipment is sanitized after use, especially in light of health concerns.

Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff: The staff at Planet Fitness is exceptional. They are friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. Whether you have questions about exercise techniques or need assistance with anything gym-related, they're there to support you.

Judgment-Free Zone: Planet Fitness truly lives up to its "Judgment-Free Zone" motto. I've never felt self-conscious working out here. It's a welcoming environment where people of all fitness levels can feel comfortable.

It was a really nice gym but I bought a black card membership and walked in told the woman working tonight that this was my first time and I didn't even know where the locker room was. It took me a lot to beable to walk into this gym. Took me a year to lose 75 pounds to beable to walk in here and had no direction at all. So nice to be a black card member brand have no help.

Xpress Blowout Bar

I am new to Madison and decided to get my nails done for my birthday.  Where I previously lived it took me forever to find the right place to get my nails done and keep them up because I was so dissapointed with service or quality of work in all the ones I went to.  I have been to several salons but not in Madison.  I walked into Ocean Nails and Spa and immediately loved it.  First everything was so clean.  The ladies were very welcoming.  I loved the decor and (I don't have kids but love them) the fact that they have designated massage chairs for little girls for when they get pedis with mom is great.  My nails look amazing still! prices are very reasonable.  And the best thing is that there is NO MISS COMMUNICATION between my nail tech and me.  Everyone who works there can speak english VERY well!  The salon is very professional and so is the staff!  Please give them a try!

I love this place. They moved from Madison square mall and I followed. I have referred several friends and both myself and my daughter get our hair done here. Owner and her daughter...... Awesome stylist! My only issue is time. Sometimes they don't open on time, and it takes a little longer than it should occasionally. But at the end of the day, Xpress girls ROCK!!!

Have been coming here on and off for 4 years (due to moving) have had a great experience each time. I would highly recommend anyone come here. The building is clean and tidy. Everyone is friendly and speaks better english than anywhere else i've been in the surrounding areas. I personally always ask for a gentleman named Tony. I have been getting the shellac manicure and shellac pedicure for years now and suggest it to anyone. The nails last 3weeks, and pedicures last a month or so, even in summer months! Great for the beach!! Although the shellac is more expensive than the normal manicure and pedicures, i think its well worth the extra money, as it lasts twice as long. As with any salon, its always hit or miss with the tech you end up with, i've heard nothing but great things about anyone you see here. I even convinced my husband to come along for a pedicure, and he LOVED it!! :-)

I have never had a sew in and decided to try something new for my birthday and absolutely love it! They provided great quality weave and made it look very natural. The staff is friendly and professional. I recommend this place for natural and weave care.

I was overcharged by mike the day after I got my nails done one broke. a week later 2 more nails are broken. my nails are still in pain and I took off the acrylic a long time ago.

NEVER AGAIN!
