Arborland Center

This Kroger is superior to a lot of the smaller ones in terms of selection. Traffic and parking are a pain, but worth it when you like specific things they carry.

Myself and acquaint ed Michaels purchase some crocheting supplies usual they haven't stopped plus the opposition discounts up to 40% coupon. This is definitely a go to place for people interested in crafting

I rarely go there anymore due to deceptive advertising and scanner errors. Today it was a scanner error. They took the amount off of my bill, but I doubt they fixed it in the system. Watch prices very close here, as you may not get the shelf price.

Most people are friendly around here. Best store options to put together! But all these stores have in common are maybe they are a little overpriced like any other store but overall clean and good stores to go to!!

All varieties of items available like Toys, Cutlery, Stationary, utility items, chocolates etc under one roof..

Brook Highland Plaza

Love being part of the Ashley family and excited to join the Brook Highland  team! Good quality furniture with competitive pricing and the caring sales team. Pictures are from last year's grand opening.

Brook Highland Plaza is a very nice shopping center. It has some of my favorite stores in it. I am very happy that the plaza is vibrant with business and doing well. I always have a pleasant experience every-time I visit here.

Very convenient shopping center- we frequent Petco, Lowe’s, and Ruby Sunshine a lot. Five Below and Outback and the Mexican place, Las Trojas, are great too.

We had a good time here! Great place to get your shopping done for your wants or needs for every walk of life from adult to child

Great shops and eating places. Lowe's is the anchor store here.  Brook Highlands better hold to them for sure  The new Irish bar is a hit with locals. Come and shop here. You won't be sorry.

Colonial Promenade

Individual stores are ok but the trash is always overflowing and all over the sidewalk parking lot.

I love having this nearby shopping center that provides the majority of what I need whether it's food, clothing, sporting goods, baked goods, home improvement items or entertainment. I prefer  this shopping center to having to travel to Hoover.  Hope they add more stores soon as well.

Wide variety of choices, I highly recommend.
You can now get Crumble Cookie there, so I would say the icing on the colonial promenade cake has finally arrived. ❤️
BTW if you haven't had crumble cookie ITS THE BEST COOKIE IVE EVER HAD.
Get you some, you won't regret it.

Wonderful staff and service is second to non. They always have what I need or can expedite order so that I can be up and running usually within a day.

Genesee Valley Center

We ate at the food court upstairs at the Genesee valley center.  We just loved the orange chicken, along with the huge portions and great prices.  We will be back.

It's really getting rub down.  The upstairs bathroom is disgusting, very dirty.  I don't think it's been cleaned in a very long time.
Actually the whole mall is dirty.  There's not many stores left.
I used to go there with my mom as a kid.  It's definitely not on my to go to list anymore.

Still very pretty at Christmas. I hope more people visit so it stays open. All the stores we visited were clean and decorated well. I felt it was a safe atmosphere

Had never been there. The parking lot is always so empty and looks a bit unkept, so I've always been a little apprehensive about going. I had to make an online return, and the closet store to return it to was here. It's clean and pretty and has good options for shopping. It was sad to see so many stores had closed. But there were still great anchor stores and shops. I'll be back for sure. Hopefully, it will stay open and maybe get a parking lot renovation, so it's a more inviting place to go shop and for more vendors to come back to. It really is a decent mall!

Bay City Town Center

I enjoyed my time here. This was my first time coming here. Wasn't to big or to small. It was kept clean and the security kept his presence known but wasn't out to be in anyone's way. I actually felt comfortable seeing security. I will come back.  I also found a battleship and the info about it and were it is in Michigan. Thought to be interesting

Nice and clean , went to Bath & Body Works get body wash for wife . The mall isn't what it used to be , not many stores and a fair amount of people use it just for walking and getting exercise.

It's sad to see the mall so empty. The theater and stores that are left keep me going back though.
On this trip, I went to Bath & Body to take advantage of a great sale. As always, the girls are very friendly, very helpful, and work as a team to keep customers happy while also tactfully doing loss prevention. Keep up the great work!

Why is it so difficult to find the mall's holiday hours?  The website hasn't posted them since 2018, social media doesn't have it, 3rd party sites all have different times listed.

A shell of its former self. Still a wonderful place to shop. Honestly I like it more with less people, but to each their own! Bring back the pretzels!!!

Gadsden Mall

Nice  just walked around window shopping while waiting for time for Movie to start at the theater  Nice atmosphere. Also ate at food court. Had Chinese  was very good. Large enough plate that I had enough for my lunch the  nxt day

Went to the mall for the Bath & Body Works store. The employees are always super nice in there and help you with everything.
The mall is quiet, no screaming or running around. It was a very nice experience.
I came in through the Book shop and browsed through. A Book's a Million is like a sacred place to me, all the written pages.  So much knowledge.
There are lots of clothing, shoe, jewelry and sports stores also. So anyone can find something to interest them here.
Come walk around the mall....

I was on my way from Lake Guntersville and decided to visit to take a detour and visit the Gasden Mall! This mall has four of my favorite stores in one spot! My favorite stores are Citi Trend,  It's Fashion, Rainbow and Bath & Body Works. I was able to visit all three stores in one spot!  The mall is very quiet and has quite a few well-known stores in it.   I will definitely be going back!👍

Turn on some AC!!! I would be inclined to stay and shop if the temp was comfortable.  Every single store and public area you went in we left sweating like running a 5k. Even the kids were sweating! Not conducive to sales at all!

We took my granddaughter Ana Bugg and she had a blast.. They were very busy but also was very clean..Plz take you family there and enjoy one of their good pizzas.

Dort Mall

Hell on Earth. Bulldoze this place already. There's a bong shop and a hockey stick store. Awesome.

Not a bad place. Go to paradise express that store would get a5 star

Ok place planet fitness and the Mexican restaurant I believe keep the doors open oooo ya a dog  supply store

There's a BBQ place inside called Smoking J's BBQ & more. They have awesome food that's homemade and taste delicious. You can taste the smoked wood flavors on the meats and it's is very very good.  We got rib tips that were very flavorful, Mac and cheese that's was delicious and cheesy and burgers with Fry's that were delicious and the seasoning on the Fry's was awesome.

Went to Bargain Hunterz. Nice ladies working there. Lots of flee market items.

Courtland Center

Even though the mall isn't full of stores, what they do have is great! I wish more businesses would open in here though, but it's still a great mall!   I'm sitting next to the fountain right now, writing this review. It's so relaxing, and I enjoy seeing people walking around and shopping! Lisa's has two store fronts here, and both stores are amazing(she has a salon too)!! Bath and body works is always a must stop at store, and Magoo's! JCPenney always has great deals, and Dunham's is still rocking too. I really need to check out "I need that" as they give foot massages, and I do need that! Lol. There is a nail salon in here too, and a men's store. Goodwill always has great items and deals, a long with the party store! It's definitely a mall worth checking out, and shopping at! Oh and the Mexican restaurant is fantastic, and has great food and margaritas!! Help support your local shops and malls! ❤️

Could not find one sales associate to help got turned around in the store then went to check out one cashier with an elderly gentleman that wanted to apply for a credit card but had to go through his bank on the phone the line just kept getting longer and longer to purchase our stuff if it wasn't for Christmas presents I had in my arms I would have put them down and went somewhere else hire more people.

Not much here anymore, but if you like to stretch your legs for a nice walk around the mall, go for it!. There are surrounding businesses such as Dunham's the Goodwill, the old Sloan museum as well as GNC located inside the Cortland Mall. So if there's nothing to do and you have no plans; stop by for a look-see today 🙂

Very sad to see this mall empty went to look around the few stores that where left and it’s very shocking to see malls like that.. malls like the ones in Orlando FL are still very busy and there’s a ton of stuff (to be fair it’s a tourist trap)
this mall needs updating but if there’s no people there won’t happen hope things get better for this mall :/

We went to Jcpenney and Dunham.So sad to see all the empty stores.I remember when all the stores were open.And a great food court.Plus a movie theater.

Nord du Lac

Very friendly staff, very good food always asking if we needed refills, The manager went around asking if everything was OK

Roadhouse Crackle Barrel and Olive Garden is great in this area. Other stores are available. Academy, Pet store dollar tree.

dollar tree was a mess. boxes were everywhere.
we have been there several times and it is always the same.

Lots of great stores and restaurants and even salons. Great variety and very convenient to have so much in one place. And a Costco is being built!

manager at wild wings did not keep his word about making good on my bad experience in his restaurant.

West Oaks I and II Shopping Center

Siam spicy is the best. Tremendous staff fantastic food best Thai restaurant. Hands down nothing else even comes close I love this place I eat there minimum once a week but if I could I would do it all five. And if I'm working in my office two times a week then I'm inside this restaurant two times a week I love this place You cannot go wrong and I highly recommend peanut Curry chicken hot.

This Is The Better Half Of The Mall. If You Don't Look At The West, You won't Find Their Best Deals!!

Hello Kohl’s, UPS, and Joann’s!  Of course there are at least a dozen more stores- but theirs 3 were my most recent happy stops at West Oaks 😊👍

West Oak Shopping Center has some pretty good store options.

The parking lot was spacious enough to find a spot without having to drive around like a maniac, and the variety of stores and restaurants was impressive. I mean, they had everything from Home Depot to a Thai restaurant to a Starbucks. What more could a person want?

Sure, the layout of the strip mall was a little weird, but I managed. And the people-watching was pretty entertaining too. You never know what you're going to see in a shopping center.

All in all, if you're in the Novi area and looking for a place to shop and dine, the West Oak Shopping Center is definitely worth a visit. Just maybe don't try any crazy driving maneuvers in the parking lot, okay?

Went to the UPS Store. Quick service for an Amazon return.
