Don put up with our nonsense for a very long time and never pressured us to make a purchase.  He also gave some great insight and reasons for passing on some specific houses. I recently wanted to purchase a home. When I called the office, I asked to be put into contact with the listing agent and unbeknownst to me, I was put in contact with someone else from the same office. For over a week, I tried to see the home and instead of the agent making that happen, she sat around waiting to hear back from her own coworker (I later realized) and never secured the house viewing.

After a week of not seeing the home, I finally asked if there was someone else to talk to and she gave the listing agents information. Well, little too late, the home was pending the day I got in contact with him. Neither agent was taking responsibility for the communication errors nor would help me speak with someone to file a complaint. I'm not directly mad at either agent (though I feel the first agent was incompetent). I am upset that the office personnel apparently doesn't know the difference between a listing agent and a general agent when a customer asks for a specific type. Their error led to my loss of putting an offer down.

Want a competent team? Seek elsewhere.

I'm very disappointed I called an agent for a home listed in Garden city 2 weeks ago never received a call back so I called the office explained the issue last week left a detailed message no call back. I call back today to speak to someone and of course no one is available I don't see how people homes are being sold or rented out if you can never get a hold of a return phone call from an agent or manager.

If you plan on calling them you better call 3 weeks ahead. They don’t answer and if they do they’re never any help. Replace your receptionist

Eric Enterprises Incorporated has helped me tremendously when it came down to my purchase. Not only did they help me as a unit, Eric, himself, had helped me through the entire process. I was able to contact him through the holiday weekend in order to put in a bid for the land that I purchased. He was quick yet thorough and very accommodating. Words cannot express how grateful I am for all that he and his team has and will continue to do for me. 10 out of 10 and would recommend!

Not impressed with this Century 21 outlet.  People were rude and not very professional.  When asked questions answers came condescending and not the type of professional attitude I expected from Century 21 realtors.  I do not recommend this business.

I have really enjoyed working with this company.  My family and I are moving to the area from Florida, Misty has been a wonderful help with everything.  I can’t wait to be in our new home.  She has kept me informed and answered any of my crazy questions I had.  She worked with us like we were family and in this Day and age that is rare.  She even likes to email.  Lol.  Can’t wait to be home. Thank you for all your hard work.

Just be aware that if you rent from Century 21, you're not their client - the homeowner is. I recently moved out of a home that I rented through Century 21. I rented the home for over 2.5 years and left it spotless upon moving out. When it came time to get the security deposit back, the property owner was obviously trying to find any little thing to charge for, i.e. charging $50 to remove yard debris that the trash company takes for free. Of course, when I tried to bring up these issues with the real estate agent, she was no help as the property owners are who she's trying to help.

I purchased my last home from Century 21 Eric Enterprises (Eric Bradley).  I was kept informed throughout the buying process.  Eric was professional, detail oriented and made the home buying experience super easy.

Laura is the most AMAZING realtor EVER! Kind and caring and PATIENT and a friend. She is honest and trustworthy and will be there for you if you need something, especially coming from another state not knowing anything. With Laura, when you find a house she is selling she has both buyer and sellers interest at heart and will make things very easy for both parties.  Laura is absolutely wonderful and has made this process a good one for me.  Even after I got my country home. I'm thankful and grateful she was my realtor and we are friends. Theresa Brown is the best realtor I have had the pleasure of working with. Over the course of the last 6 months I have looked at multiple houses. He kept me advised of activity on my home at all times (which was something not experienced with other realtors in the past) and was available anytime I had questions. Nancy Robinson was Phenomenal. She was referred to us by a family friend after we had a disastrous experience with someone from Zillow. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Nancy was very professional and fought for us as her Client. My husband and I were very pleased with how she handled our contracts and negotiations. As first-time home buyers, she gave us a lot of tips and tricks and gave us her professional opinion with still making us feel comfortable in making our own decisions.

I will say she is very straight forward which can kind of take you back at first but her heart is in the right place and she really just wants to give you all the facts so that you can pick the best home for yourself. Also, I admit there were times I needed to come down from the clouds a little, and Nancy was great at giving me a realistic picture.

While everything went smoothly, we had an issue with the seller's agent where the home we bought was staged (which we did not know) and the curtains were included in the contract. The seller's agent took the curtains before closing and it took us almost a month to get them back. Nancy was persistent and continued to reach out to the seller's agent on our behalf until they finally dropped off the curtains.

While we didn't work with her as much Caren, Nancy's partner was awesome too! No matter who you work with, this team will have your back!

My hubby & I had been tossing around the idea of selling our condo and finding a ranch condo.  We are retirees and the thought of moving made me waiver.  I contacted Stacy Bazman at Curran & Oberski to ask questions.  We have been friends for decades, as we both worked together in education before I retired.  She is so upbeat, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy.  Stacy is the most caring go-getter, always looking for your best interests.  We live no where near where she works or lives, but Stacy never said no about driving to the NE side to show us condos!  We put our condo up on a Thursday and left to visit grandkids in Ohio.  It sold by Saturday.  While in Ohio, I found a detached condo that was just put on the market and she got us a showing on Monday on our drive home.  This was the one!  Stacy worked endlessly for a few days to get our offer accepted!  2 days after our offer was accepted, we are having an inspection.  We are more than happy with everything that Stacy accomplishes behind the scenes and she makes it seem effortlessly!  And we know it is an awesome amount of juggling on her part.  You would never regret having Stacy Bazman on your team!

Albert Rojas was an amazing realtor. He was not pushy, gently guided me price wise for my listing and even worked with me after 5 pm. My house was listed after 5 pm in Monday and was under contract by Friday morning. To top things off the day I signed off at 9:30 am he was able to buy me addtional time to get things packed up until 6 pm. He brought me and my dog gifts and actually helped load the last bit of things in the uhaul. I highly recommend him. I have currently relocated 3 hrs away from Helena and he is still trying to find me a house here. If you are scared (big step) or worried about selling, just meet with him and talk and ease your mind.

My wife and I recently sold our mobile home and purchased our first "real home" both through Jolene Lloyd at Century 21 in Helena.
