Although it was, at times, competitive, stressful, and disappointing, she was supportive, encouraging up to the moment we finally closed. It took several months but with her help, we did it!!!!!!!
Audrey is grounded in her knowledge of protecting her clients while doing her best to keep a deal alive. She’s calm, smart, patient and quick on her feet. I hope to keep in contact because she is also a good person.

Updated on 26 April 2022: Last year I purchased my FOURTH home (as an investment property) using Dave Remedios. We saw the house we wanted and on that same day Dave made our offer to the buyer, who accepted within 2 days and boom, we opened escrow and had the keys to the house in 4 weeks. That is even more impressive when you consider it was during Covid and a hot real estate market. Once again, Dave and his team made the entire process stress-free with minimal hassle.

I have lived in Ventura for most of the last 30 years, and there is simply no one better than Dave for bringing a real estate deal together. My friends and acquaintances who use different agents have plenty of stories about poor experiences with their agents... none of which have ever happened to us with Dave. I tell my friends to use Dave and those that have switched have had a great experience. He makes the process feel silky smooth. With our third house purchase we considered possibly keeping our previous house as a rental, but after a few weeks we decided to go ahead and sell it. Dave had done his homework just in case we had to go that route. Within 24 hours of us telling him we would need to sell the old house, Dave had an offer in our hands! We were able to move forward with our new house quickly and with minimal worries.

Dave makes sure that you are taken care of, and will do whatever it takes to make it right. Bottom line: if you are truly ready to buy or sell a house then use Dave because he does not drag his feet. I honestly can't imagine buying a house from anyone else!

Called Jill Goodman to discuss listing my house. I was satisfied with the asking price she suggested and listed with them. Within one week I had an offer from a buyer her broker was working with and I accepted.

We had a great experience with C21 Alliance managing a rental property for us.  Ron has been with us for years and he was awesome!  Very attentive to needs of the renters and communicated with us immediately if things needed to be done which I'm sure was a plus for the renters as well. Century 21 and Ron Yount have been nothing but professional. They are honest, reliable, answer emails,  return phone calls, and are absolutely on top of things.  Ron has managed our family’s property for several years.  When there were issues that needed to be addressed, with repairs, etc.. he was always very communicative.

Ron recently managed a renovation for us while we were out of state.  He is very keen about design selection, and has good relationships with the local vendors.  He helped us navigate timelines, vendor selection, perspective on design, and assisted with being our eyes and ears when we were away.  He performed a stellar job and managed the renovation and stayed to budget.

Property management companies sometimes get a bad rap.  From experience,  I can attest to the good ones and the bad ones.  Century 21 is one of the good ones.

Cindy Cristiano is fabulous!  We used her recently to sell our house in Pearland, Texas.  She worked incredibly hard to get it sold!  Although the market changed, she still got us a very fair offer and helped to get it closed quickly.   She always made herself available for questions from a very nervous seller. I phoned this office 4 times and spoke with 3 different people, none of whom knew why their website wasn't allowing me to book a short-term rental. Each person said that the problem would be reported. I was told to try the website again later. Days passed and the glitch continued to cause frustration and an inability to secure a rental. I finally sent an email and asked to speak with someone who might be able to assist me. A day later, Dena phoned. She was in her car and distracted. I told her the dates and the property I was trying to rent. She agreed to call back towards the end of the day to book the rental for me. She didn't.
No one I spoke with knew any details about the rentals. I finally gave up on using Re/Max.  Even a 1 star rating is 1 star too many.

We had a reservation through Re/Max Premier Realty for a property in the Villages for the month of April 2020.  Unfortunately, we are unable to use it due to travel restrictions.  I want to thank very much Re/Max for their help and information through the months we had the reservation - helping with paperwork and questions.  To the owners of the property and to Re/Max, thank you also for considering our request for cancellation very quickly and for offering us a full refund on this booking.  We thank you for your understanding and kindness and hope to use you in the future.
