The CLUB Health & Fitness

The Club has it ALL and I’ve legit tried every gym around. The facility has been recently remodeled so there’s plenty of space and workout areas which are kept meticulously clean. The equipment is carefully maintained and new options are regularly added. Courtney and the entire staff maintain a professional, friendly, member focused atmosphere. They have highly talented experienced trainers who are goal focused to your needs. I’ve worked with Dave and Alex and have been very pleased. This place makes me look forward to my workouts.

This isn't necessarily a review, but is there away for 16 year olds to use this gym. It's really convinient with where I live and I wnat nothing more than to attend this gym but unfortunately I am not of age. Other than that, I was told by my friend that this is a lovely gym. Keep up the great work guys!

Fairly tiny and decently packed for its size. Pricing isn’t bad, staff is very nice. Just wish it felt newer and was not constantly under construction for a longggg time!

Yes it’s good to always be upgrading. Although to be under construction constantly for a long period of time consistently is just not for me and having to see part of a facility under non stop construction makes me ehh.

Sadly your comment of it being the biggest in the area is sadly far from the truth. The powerhouse gym a few miles away and the next town over is 30% larger and fully renovated. It’s over 26,000 sq ft.

I absolutely LOVE this gym! I joined a little over a year ago, and I have NEVER stuck with a fitness journey this long! I have done it all, from CrossFit to large group training, to personal training and meal plans. These coaches and trainers know they’re stuff, and push you out of your comfort zone- which we all need to be better. The staff who are at the front are always welcoming when you walk through those doors and the cleanliness is TOP NOTCH! Can’t say enough good things about The Club!!

Concentra Urgent Care

Three stars is my average of five stars for the Physical Therapy side, five stars for the care I actually received when I was finally seen, and one star for the massive understaffing they have going on here.

Scheduling an appointment is useless, because you'll still be waiting around for an hour before anyone can see you. Once they got around to seeing me, the provider was great. I don't blame the people working here. I blame Concentra for not having enough providers on staff to cover demand.

On the Physical Therapy side, I had no wait for any of my PT appointments. The therapist was friendly, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job explaining the exercises and why I was doing them. I definitely felt an improvement from them.

I was there for nearly 6 hours. One physician on duty is unacceptable. While waiting in the room for the physician to meet me, I can hear the medical assistant’s cussing, outside the door. The only reason I gave 2 stars is the doctor actually listened to what I had to say and physical therapist was great.

I had made an appointment 2 weeks prior to my appointment. I needed a physical done at Concentra to earn my Student Transport license. After waiting 2 hours in the lobby, I ended up having to reschedule a week out. I was told there was only 1 doctor. That's another week I have to wait to get my certification. My job was not happy with this outcome for they need me to be able to transport my students during the school day.

Seriously gutta change policy and procedures with this dumb check-in. How was I there for 2 hours and not checked in? It's not our fault that you guys don't have scheduling options or way to prevent this. All I know is I was in time early even and take into consideration if you have patients you also have walk-ins at high volume. After so many years if this what will be done to improve wait time and customers frustration? Low rated review for this, and I'll be recommending to my employer to choose another company to conduct their drug test if they too don't like the inconvenienceshave to reissuing/ reschedule. It's not cool. What a waste of time, plus they don't tell you about it. They don't check you in only until after 2 hours until you wasted the hours waiting SMH. Least put up a dang sign, ma lazy. After the two hours wait, they tell me I can't take the test.

This was the MOST backwards set up ever. I arrived at 09:42, given paperwork to fill out and then asked to have a seat.  I was called up again to put my name on a list which the receptionist is like oh we are signing you in, the time is 10:40. I was like oh no I got here at 09:42, she then says "yea but we don't register you in until you finished filling out the online portion of paperwork"....which was NOT sent to me until 10:20 (I have the receipts). I explain to her that this is frustrating because I sat here for an hour already and now I'm just now being signed in AND you're telling me the wait time is an additional hour!? Their check-in policy is ridiculous to say the least.

Cioffredi & Associates Physical Therapy

I walked into Cioffredi’s for my first appointment barely able to participate in life due to back pain. Walking out from my first appointment I was in disbelief that my pain was reduced so much. Three weeks later I can barely remember where the pain was… I am pain free now! My therapist Aleksey Lavrinenko is a saint in my opinion. Thank you Cioffredi and Associates for connecting us!

Neil was wonderful to work with.  He made me confident about my decision to move forward with surgery and about the possibility of healing quickly if I put in the work. 7.5 months after acl reconstruction I'm back to running, hiking and playing softball! I'm so thankful for Neil's expertise, encouragement and for the fun sessions we had together. I wouldn't be where I am without him..

The physical therapy that I received at Cioffredi & Associates did not adequately address my knee pain which was aggravated through cycling.
The therapist I saw did not accurately diagnose the source of my pain, including the effect of the iliotibial band on my pain.
When I saw a different PT, the NEW PT was able to: explain how the pain related to the activity (cycling); actually manipulate the area causing pain and provide immediate and tangible relief; prescribe a more effective set of exercises which have provided significantly faster and longer lasting relief.
I would not recommend Cioffredi & Associates for cycling-related knee pain.

Neil was great at coming up with the proper therapy for my hand cramps. He was always positive and patient about making sure I performed my exercises properly.

Real progress. Attributable in large part to Tyler Gendron. His guidance was thoughtful and fluid as symptons warranted. Tyler and I worked cooperatively, he -  a good listener, me - an obedient responder to his continuously evolving and constructive exercise adjustments. And, the front desk showed the culture of health and happiness. Good folks all around.

The Zoo Gym

This is the best gym in town! Mike & Jillian took great care of me from the start. Gym is so clean,  locker rooms and showers spotless and updated equipment all over. Also has a great area for functional fitness. Definitely recommend coming here. On top of it all it’s open 24 hours and provides clean towels. Can’t beat that service anywhere. Definitely come here!

A very nice gym full of everything you need to be in great shape. It's clean and well maintained. Dennis the owner is a friendly person that always does his best to accommodate everyone. There isn't a time limit for using the treadmills and this is the only pitfall of the place as rarely you wait in line.

I love this gym! Staff is super nice and friendly. They remember you and especially if you’re new. They always check in on me and ask if I need help with anything. I am not worried about bothering the staff, they are always happy to help. As a woman and an extremely introverted person I feel at ease here. Very women friendly and positive environment. I feel safe working out here at all hours. Also 24 hours which is great if you want to workout super early or super late.
Very clean. Great equipment, they have a turf room and the women’s bathroom is equipped with nice products to use too. Even if you have sensitive skin. Definitely come here to workout. You won’t be disappointed.

Awesome gym! The clean, well-maintained equipment, friendly staff, and clean locker rooms set them apart from other gyms in the area. It is clear that they take pride in providing a  quality place to work on your fitness goals. Would highly recommend!

This gym is AWESOME! It's clean & organized, there is motivating music playing throughout, and the equipment is state-of-the-art and well taken care of.  There's towel service, all sorts of amenities in the women's locker room, and the staff is super friendly.  HIGHLY recommend. Plus, the owner, Dennis, is a super cool dude. Check it out!

Connections Physical Therapy

I have a very knowledgeable and competent therapist working with me for a hip issue. She saw the bigger picture after talking to me and now we are working on other areas that need a little attention in order to ultimately help my hip. Very holistic approach.

Laura Gull is fantastic when I leave my session, all the tension and Tightness have dissipated. Laura works both my neck back and shoulders before we start the Exercise routines. I would highly recommend Laura!

Jay in Oxford had me feeling better and excellent results after just one session. It seemed extremely effortless for him. He spent 10 minutes or so questioning me to come up with a gentle therapy plan. He knows his profession. I feel fortunate to have him helping me.

Connections Physical Therapy is compassionate and understanding of my physical therapy needs. They are knowledgeable with the necessary work it will take to be sure I fulfill the goals I want to accomplish. Connections Phyical Therapy has made such a difference in my life.  I am receiving excellent therapy to help me improve my balance which I thought was hopelessly lost due to neuropathy.  My therapist is so encouraging and I have been able to walk down stairs without assistance.  This is a great place to receive your physical therapy. I wish they had stairs that I could practice on.

FIRST at Home (In-Home Health Care) Private Nursing

The team at FIRST at Home was excellent in every phase surrounding my hip replacement. They reached out, communicated efficiently, and were super flexible with me through every step.  The PT's and nurse that came to the house were very professional and extremely thorough. I truly felt reassured about where I was in my recovery and clear about what I could and could not do.  It is really refreshing to experience a service that is so professional and friendly, especially right after major surgery when you are most vulnerable.

I have used FIRST at Home three times for my knee replacement and revisions. I always request Viktor as my PT, he is awesome and makes PT fun, as fun as it can be at least. The nurses sent to my home have also benn great as well. I will always use your service and Viktor if needed again in the future.

I worked with Julie over the course of 5 years when I was with an orthopedic practice. Both Julie and the company are very professional, kind, and timely. All of our patients were beyond satisfied with their home health services. I would 10/10 recommend Julie to anyone seeking services. You won’t be disappointed! They really care about their patients and creating relationships with the doctors so they know exactly what the patient needs to have a successful recovery.

My grandmother received in home nursing and they provided amazing service! They were quick to respond and very put my family at ease.  The office was great helping with the paperwork and scheduling. The nurses and therapists they sent were caring timely and skilled. I highly recommend using them!

We have used this company for many years for post op care and they are Amazing! We know that our patients are in good hands with them. The nurses are very professional and knowledgeable, the physical therapists are top notch and our field rep, Julie,  is one of the best!

Connections Physical Therapy - Harvard

Super Stars! Mary Kate was onto the cause of my shoulder problem in minutes. She explained what was going on so I let with a perfect image of the nature of the mechanical problem. She was an awesome coach who made sure my technique was spot on before i left the office. The results were astonishing. I had very little mobility in my shoulder, and in three days most of my range of motion was back and the pain was way less than before. Game Changing!

Amazing experience with Dr. Jaylynn Griffin! I was a skeptic before going to PT - She has absolutely surpassed all my expectations, and then some, for my healing process. She is extremely knowledgeable and maximizes the time you have with her. She is great at assessing what is going on and structuring a plan for treatment. Every week I leave feeling accomplished and excited that I am one step closer to having my injury be a thing of the past!

I’ve been seen by Jaylynn for a joint replacement and a joint injury, she’s very professional and knowledgeable. She gives me the push I need to get through my rehab and recovery. I recommend Jaylynn and her coworkers / clinic to everyone.

i've been using the Harvard office on and off for several years, after knee surgery, for lower back pain, latest for IB band (?) tightness. I've worked with Sean and Jaylin -- both fantastic people! Highly recommend this office.

Julie is AMAZING!  She helped me so much when I was in so much pain with my back.  She shared exercises online that I now do at home to keep my back on track! Highly recommend Harvard location for PT and staff.

Flaherty Physical Therapy

My recovery from a decades-old injury seemed unattainable until I started a treatment plan at Flaherty PT. The staff is experienced in a multitude of specialized techniques, and they provide clear instructions to each client about how to optimize rehabilitation not only in the office but on their own at home. My experience will keep me focused on proper exercise and form going forward too, avoiding future injuries! The office is professionally run, the team is friendly and listens well, and the vibe is upbeat and supportive.

I went to Flaherty Physical Therapy in Hudson and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I saw Elena who was knowledgeable, realistic & motivating… plus engaging & personable. After several months of therapy, my chronic knee pain has subsided- I can walk up and down stairs without pain. My rib pain has also subsided- I can laugh & breathe painlessly. The stretches & manual manipulation of my hamstring has brought me to the point of being able to sit on hard surfaces with little discomfort. I never realized how many uncushioned chairs there are in the world! My balance has also greatly improved. I looked forward to my PT sessions and now possess the tools & strategies to keep myself on track. I highly recommend this PT location.

I recently completed physical therapy for my neck following a motor vehicle accident.  The Hudson facility is clean, well lit, and comfortable.  I worked with Elena and Michelle.  Both spent time understanding my injuries and built a plan well suited for my recovery.  I highly recommend Flaherty and will go back there for future needs.

Flaherty PT was absolutely amazing in helping me heal knee pain and addressing the root cause. The space was inviting (and clean) and had all the equipment you could need. The providers and staff were kind, fun and caring. I loved my time at Flaherty.

I highly recommend Flaherty PT. The complete staff, receptionists, therapists, were all very knowledgeable and friendly. I mostly worked with Lisa on my shoulder and neck issues. Lisa was terrific in resolving my problems so that I was able to get back enjoying the many activities that I do. Most importantly, Lisa was able to give great input as what I should be doing to help myself outside of the PT sessions. One bad habit I had was identified by Lisa that was getting in the way of my making overall progress in my fitness scheme, that I very grateful for. A great overall experience, hopefully I won't need any more PT, but if I do, I will be back. John G.

I have been to the Manchester CPTE to receive physical therapy for multiple issues. There is no chance I’d ever go anywhere else to receive treatment. The entire staff is wonderful, very effective at what they do and their “bedside manner” is always top tier. Such a great atmosphere to be in while trying to improve yourself as well.

CPTE Manchester is a place of kindness and support. The staff members exude warmth, always wearing genuine smiles that make every visit a comforting experience. Their dedication to pushing individuals towards their best selves is evident in their encouragement and guidance, fostering an environment of growth and progress.

What truly sets CPTE apart is their unwavering care. There is nowhere in the state of New Hampshire (except other CPTE locations!) that compares to this place.

These ladies (and Greg) do phenomenal work and are extremely professional with their technique and explanations.

They'll take the time to listen to your specific issue, devise a comprehensive plan of attack, and will always make sure you do your stretches, even at home!

I mean, one time I caught one of them peaking through the blinds and tapping on the window to make sure that I was doing them on my own.

CPTE Manchester is a fantastic physical therapy facility! Providers are very friendly and knowledgeable in the services the do. They had me back on my feet after a hip operation in just 3 months time! Staff is very helpful and flexible with working around schedules as well.  10/10 recommend for anyone in need of physical therapy or any other treatments of similar nature. They also do dry needling at this location, absolutely revitalizing. I would without a doubt send my family and friends to this location without hesitation! They work wonders here!
