Low T Center

Waste of time. Made an initial consultation appointment. 8am next day. Great. Stood around in waiting room for 15 minutes with a line of people in front of me for initial consultations. Tiny tiny waiting room, I could hear all the personal information of the guy at the desk.

I wasn’t going to just stand there for an hour like an idiot.

loved this place until I had an issue with insurance change on my part. they will tell you that you know nothing so they can get your money. I found my new insurance will pay for their out patients therapy but they wouldn't call after I asked them to. the billing person got heated and told me I didn't know what I was talking about. then Jessica pretty much said that same thing. well, I went to my doctor. got a prescription and will pay $75 for 3 months. pretty much what I would of paid through the low t center but hey. they know more than I do! always check with your own doctor before you have someone attempt telling you that the only way is their way. im saving over $300 because I don't know what I'm talking about. don't get me wrong. they make you feel good about taking their product. just get a second opinion and always research everything.

This place has been very helpful and informative. They have been helping me since day one to get things back in order for  me and I have been coming here for about 2 years now. I highly recommend them. They are friendly, personable, and kind. They will tailor a plan to your needs.

This place changed my life!!! I feel the best I have ever felt in a long time. The Nurses are awesome! Place is always clean, and you are always in and out very quickly. I highly recommend going here if you are not feeling like your normal self.

Low T Center has great customer service. Most days when I am here it is only a 10 to 25 minute from the time you walk in to till the time you walk out. I am very satisfied with my services from here. Good place, better people!

This clinic has 100% changed my life!!! Dr. Gentry and his staff are absolutely there for YOU. They always provide detailed feedback on all treatments and labs - not just going through the motions. They make you feel like you’re their only patient. I whole heartedly encourage anyone looking for treatment to choose their practices without hesitation!

Dr. Gentry and his staff were wonderful. They took the time to listen to my concerns and issues I was having. They walked me through treatment options and allowed me to be an integral part of the decision making. I appreciated the way Dr. Gentry speaks to his patients - he uses a manner that is easy to understand, but he also teaches and allows you to follow along in the process. Wait time was minimal, which is very unusual at this time in the medical arena. Everyone was welcoming and polite and happy to answer questions and/or offer guidance. Man, I’ll be honest, I haven’t felt this good in years. Dr. Nick Gentry is world class. His staff is great and ensures I have a pleasant experience each time I visit. Very informative and willing to answer all my questions. I can not recommend Maverik Male Medical enough. It has impacted my life tremendously and for the better.

Disappointing Experience with Low T Center

I enrolled in the Low T Center seeking help with low testosterone levels, but my experience has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating. Here's a breakdown of the issues I encountered:

Inconsistent Lab Handling and Delays: The initial mishandling of the lab draw necessitated a redraw, leading to unnecessary delays. This setback in obtaining accurate results compounded the issues in securing a timely refill for my prescription.

Lack of Communication and Follow-Through: After multiple attempts to obtain my refill prescription, I encountered a lack of communication between the clinic and the pharmacy. Despite assurances, the prescription was never sent, leaving me without necessary treatment.

Sudden Policy Changes and Inadequate Support: The sudden change in their system, discontinuation of "comp" shots while waiting for the prescription, and the demand for an additional $70 for an in-office shot were unexpected and unacceptable. This change in policy felt unfair and added financial burden without reasonable cause.

Poor Customer Service and Unresolved Refund: Despite numerous calls and even visiting the clinic personally, the issue of an unfulfilled service and refund of $155 for the undelivered service remains unresolved. The lack of accountability and failure to address my concerns reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Overall, my experience with the Low T Center has been marred by a series of miscommunications, policy changes without adequate notice, and a complete lack of resolution regarding a refund for services I did not receive. As a result, I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone seeking hormone treatment or related services.

STAY AWAY FROM LOW T CENTER!! I have tried their service for over a year now. Things were bad with getting my shipments. After going to apothecary it’s gotten worse. Namely the phone app used to log injections is absolutely garbage. The number of times I’ve logged injections only to find out later that the database either didn’t log it or didn’t retain it is nearly every other shot. And guess what? The trigger to initiate your next order to be shipped is dependent on those being logged. So now I’ve been without an injection for over a week and I have to keep logging and submit injections trying to get it to advance so that my next order will ship even though they took my payment three weeks ago. Also, the staff tell me that they know the phone app is garbage and that they’re working to fix it. That’s been the song and dance for over a year. My chat for help has sat for over a week with no reply. I truly feel that their negligence has had an adverse effect on my health. And that they operate in bad faith. Don’t use them!!! PS the local staff are wonderful. Especially Wednesday, she always helps me out.

Just this year alone , my injections have been significantly late 3 times. I am going on a one-month trip outside the country on October 8, and was due to be delivered new injections today. They haven’t come. I had to go there today for a courtesy injection and I was told that they can’t make any guarantees that my injections will be here by October 8. This is unacceptable. I am leaving the country for a month and I pay for testosterone treatment, and I might have to suffer without. I paid thousands for this trip. You guys should not be allowed to do this to people. Your customers give you plenty of money, and they shouldn’t have to suffer and self inject patients shouldn’t have to be chained to the clinic without a moments notice. The patient should not have to be penalized.

This is a great facility, My initial experience was very easy going I wasn't very sure what to expect so I will have to admit I was nervous and a bit unsure. That subsided very quickly as I was treated very well. The staff is top tier. Very knowledgeable, compassionate and help put me at ease. I am so thankful to get the help I need as well as the assistance in regaining my health and vitality. I definitely recommend without hesitation.

If only the app was better, I missed three shipments this year.

Washington County Hospital and Clinics (WCHC)

We just spent two days at the hospital with my dad.  E R professionals were great.  Mrs. Gedney and her staff were superb.  Everything was clean and neat.  The food was excellent.  I am so thankful for the care he received.

My husband got a terrible infection and needed to be on IV antibiotics for several days. The staff there were exceptional. Everyone we met seemed happy and upbeat, that helped with his mood a lot. His room was clean, he was happy with his meals, everyone was professional and courteous.
We couldn't be happier with the whole experience, especially during a time I was in crisis mode because my husband was sick and I couldn't do anything to help him.

I was visiting family in Iowa when my sciatica flared up. I went to the Washington County Hospital ER. I cannot say enough good about my experience there. From the kind and cheerful greeters who checked me in, to the doctor and everyone that dealt with me, the service was excellent. I was in and out in a short time, too. Thank you for the help you gave me during my visit!

All the people at this Clinic were awesome. Dr Ashby and his staff were very professional and very in tune to my needs and getting a solution to my illness.

Was here at Er twice...will NEVER  walk in those doors again!! I am talking to someone about the way I was treated, I still have pain. ..I would actually give them 0 stars

Baptist Health Urgent Care - Conway North

The staff are fantastic. Great care and friendly!!! I would definitely recommend. They are top notch! I wish I could remember the name of the lady at the front desk. I really like her and the provider. His last name is Van Pelt I do believe. Took care of me on Christmas Eve. Professional and efficient!

Christmas Eve is not the day you want to be in Urgent Care but Baptist Health Urgent Care was phenomenal! Even though all appointments were booked and they had to "work us in", our wait was not nearly what I expected it to be. Everyone was so friendly and caring - the receptionist, nurse, and doctor were excellent. My mom got the best of care today!

Came in with flu symptoms and the wait  time was very short. All of the staff seemed friendly and knowledgeable. The provider was extremely helpful in trying to get me feeling better. Overall, best quick care experience I’ve had in Conway!

We love Rachel! My daughter was being seen and she made she to explain everything she was doing to my daughter and made her feel comfortable! My daughter has a huge fear of going to the doctor and she made it so easy for her!

The visit to this Urgent Care was pleasant from the front desk to the exam room. I didn't have to wait, so that was a bonus. I would definitely recommend this location.

Baptist Health Urgent Care - Maumelle

Fast. Super friendly. Great service.
My PCP was amazing! She listened and was compassionate on what my concerns were.
She didn’t try to up charge me on anything I did not need. She was suggestive on my worries. This was my first experience at an urgent care and it was great. The nurse that took my vitals and administered my shot was nice and friendly as well.
Office visit was $120. Plus shot and medication. But overall decently priced as my insurance lapsed. Thank y’all so much at Baptist Health!

Sliced my palm open and walked in to get help. Greeted by friendly staff and called in within minutes. Walked out 30 minutes later with four stitches and enough dressing supplies for 4 days. I recommend this facility and service to anyone requiring quick minor emergency care. Good people doing a great job!

Everyone was professional. I was seen in a timely manner, as there were several people ahead of me. My B/P was pretty elevated so that kept me a bit longer, checked it again. It had gone down. They did lab work for this, treated my original illness I went there for. Good experience to feel as bad as I did. Thanks

Had the absolute worst visit with my son today. My son was in yesterday for uncontrollable vomiting. The nurse gave him a shot that helped tremendously for 2 hours. Dr Prescribed something he couldn’t keep down and told him to drink pedialite. Called in and they prescribed suppositories but it took them 5 hours to have them ready. So we went to urgent care to get another shot. Sitting in the exam room my son wanted me to get him chick fil a & pedialite so once he had the shot he’d be able to eat. My son has hypoglycemia so he worries about his blood sugars as it can get down to 40 ( this is documented from John Hopkins)  The Dr came in and was heated and being nasty saying my son was sending mixed messages? Throwing up, but wanting to eat, I explained that was in anticipation of feeling better once he had the shot. Practically threw us out. I’ve never been treated so unprofessionally and cruelly. Btw my son is throwing up blood, now. You made a hard situation even harder.

It's gone downhill since they got bought out by Wayne Wilson. The original staff is great, but they stopped taking my insurance and started selling cheesey snake oil supplements in the lobby.

Worked with Simone on my second visit. Very professional and very informative.  Made everything very clear and easy to understand. They have been prompt and considerate of my time. I look forward working with the staff.

This is an excellent place to come if you at looking for a better quality of life.  The ladies that work there are awesome and very knowledgeable about there field of study as well and care about Every patient that’s comes in the door they know your name and probably your favorite color as well.

Baptist Health Urgent Care Little Rock, W. Markham St.

I signed up online for an appointment at 10:15. They told me to arrive at 10:00 to ensure my ”appointment was held” even though I had already reserved a place in line. So I show up, sick as a dog and wait  30 minutes past my reservation time. 45 minutes sitting in the empty waiting room, waiting on an appointment I already had. They took me back and gave me a covid and flu test within 3 minutes, telling me “we’ll be back in 15 minutes.” I have now waited an additional hour for the “15 minute” test. Don't come here, where they’re either understaffed or incompetent. Don’t waste your time.

I went to urgent care at 11402 W Markham St, Little Rock, AR 72211.
I had a THREE hour wait time with an apt. When called back I waited in the room for another 50 minutes …. That’s FOUR HOURS.
No one came and asked me anything just swabbed me for flu and covid. Was not seen by a Dr only a nurse practicer. She was not polite and in a huge rush. Would not even look in my throat and seemed afraid to touch me. Said it must be something viral and sent me on my way with nothing. The only nice person was the front desk lady. Would never go there under any circumstance again. Absolutely no bedside manner. Disappointed that this is how Baptist health treats patients who are very sick. Also they paid such little attention they put me as a male on my paperwork … and I am a female and it’s pretty obvious.

Their services from the front desk people to the nurse and the nurse practitioner who saw us were superb! Very accommodating front desk personnel. The nurse practitioner who saw my son knew what she was dealing with. Ordered x-ray, gave my son a foot brace and crutches. We didn’t have to wait long to be checked in and seen by the medical professional. The x-ray was just there too, so that everything was a breeze. I would definitely recommend this urgent care facility to anyone who is trying to get into the hassle of getting an appointment in cases where your primary care doctor can’t see you.

The hold my spot feature and online registration made setting up the appointment a breeze! Our Nurse Practitioner Margaret was wonderful in explaining why she was making recommendations for my son and how to properly take the medication she was prescribing.  She also used the technology in the room to demonstrate things as well. We had a great visit!

My first time at urgent care and I am very pleased. The staff was very helpful, friendly and very pleasant.  This place was not crowded at all.  We was seen about five minutes after check in.  I think in all we were there approximately 15 minutes.  I recommend this one.

Baptist Health Urgent Care - Benton

Tadf was very nice. Tge intake lady was smiling snd very kind to everyone, the technician was very nice and took quick action , the NP was also nice, we talked she explained everything. I couldn't ask for better care. . If I need urgent care again I will be at the Benton facility. Great fast service.

This was my first visit. Check in was easy, fast and efficient plus the lady at the front desk was very friendly. The wait time wasn’t too long considering the amount of people. Nursing staff was very efficient and friendly. The Dr. was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. She was very easy to talk to, and I feel very good about my diagnosis and treatment plan.

The staff at the Benton urgent care facility is the nicest group of people I've ever seen. They're always able to give you an estimate of wait time and offer to text you when your time is close. Always friendly and helpful.

This is the best urgent care. The wait was good, it’s a clean facility and the front office staff was courteous. The nurse was very sweet and told me that she would let me know if there’s any delays. The physician, Brittani Moffett, was fantastic. She listened, was attentive and gave me great care. I will definitely go back. 🤍

I went into the location and asked for an appointment.  The lady behind the desk 12/28/2023 wasn't busy. No one was in the lobby.  She said there would be an hour and a half wait.  I said that would be fine. I said I wanted to have her make me an appointment.   She refused. She said I had to do it on line.  I told her I am elderly and that didn't matter to her. I will go to a place where they are helpful towards people that don't have the same skills as the younger generation. Especially since there was NO ONE  in the lobby.  Lazy.
