The treatment they gave me was incredible, I had doubts about how they wanted to charge me after my case and it turns out that it is double what other places charge you. The advantage is that you don't have to pay it up front but they will collect it later.

This comes because I sent them an email asking them to detail everything and the girl who assists me does not seem to have much patience since in a conversation that lasts exactly 09:00 minutes, it already is. He raised his voice at me several times, until I politely told him that I did not understand these issues and perhaps it was better to look at it somewhere else, all of this very politely, I repeat. But this girl had a very ugly attitude, no patience, just go with what they go. But since people don't ask, they do it.

But since you want to know a little more, I personally have had the feeling that I am very annoying even though I have spoken with them twice, the girl draws the conclusion that I close in on myself and that it is very easy because everything is written.

They always give me the same example, we charge 20% after VAT 21%, in short very, very bad.
