It is impossible to get an in-person appointment for dermatology. Or they tell you that the agenda is not open or that there is no longer an appointment. Not even a month and a half in advance. A shame, because I am happy with the dermatologist.

I have always come to dermatological issues and everything is correct. Due to proximity I decided to make an appointment at traumatology, I will not repeat. Less than 3 minutes? I ask him to prescribe me a painkiller and he tells me that this is with the usual one because what he knows how to do is operate? It is now clear to me that if I have to have surgery it will not be with this doctor.

Excellent customer service. We went with a claim for an external company and they facilitated all the procedures. Fast, friendly and efficient, they have been attentive to the matter at all times until it has been completely and satisfactorily resolved. I went to the Serrano Center and told them that I did not want to complete this because it had taken a very, very long time , and therefore The employee told me that the insurance procedures are considered canceled if you do not receive any communication from us, and I am surprised today, after a long time, that a sum of money has been deducted from my account after I canceled everything with you. I hope you can explain this behavior! I have finished the procedure with your employee because of your significant delay in the specified date, and I do not agree to this deduction that was made without obtaining any insurance card or any services in exchange for it, and I do not allow my bank account to be disposed of in this way. Please return the financial value to my account because I canceled the procedures with you. And I don't want to continue anymore because you exceeded the time limit and already left Spain

If you are an international student DO NOT HIRE SANITAS. They have terrible customer service and when I requested my leave due to change of residence to another country, which is supposed to be possible at any time, they denied it. They are thieves, they make you pay for mediocre services that you no longer use!!!!!!

Scam, do not contract, I have a knee injury and they exclude me from both, and only for going from Sanitas company to individual. The commercial told me there would be no problem... I have not attended the office in person. Juan Ramón assisted me by phone and gave me the information I needed. No complaints.

Juan Ramón has treated us exceptionally from the first minute, taking an interest in our case (quite complex I must say) and taking all the necessary steps to try to solve it. He has always kept us up to date with the progress as well as the next steps to be taken. Really, very grateful for the treatment, diligence and know-how.

I went into the office to ask for information and left with the policy practically done. Juan Ramón's treatment was wonderful, explaining any questions to me in detail. Furthermore, for any doubts I had and to finish filling out paperwork, he was reachable at all times. The price is great and so is the advice on the product I needed.

But the policy is a trap, it's bullshit! They have to be very careful with this! To register only 1 minute, to cancel you have to call the last month of the contract. If you are renewing the contract, you have to pay another year. It means the policy is per year, not per month!

Tuesday 11/7/23. It's 5:40 p.m., the office is already closed, it's a lie that they open until 6:00 p.m. Find another more serious insurance company

Both the customer service and the intermediary agent who assisted me is a fraud. They discharged me two weeks ago and I have been waiting for the card to be able to use the service for 8 days. On the phones that appear, it is impossible to talk to a physical person, only successive answering machines and when they finally answer you, they move you from one salesperson to another without getting anything. Today, 10 days later and 3 open incidents, I still have no response from any department. (THE DISCHARGE IS PENDING) is the only thing they tell me...
I feel totally cheated. And of course, I cannot register with another company, since I have paid my monthly payment with Sanitas.

I HAVE CALLED MANY TIMES AND THEY TELL ME THAT THEY HAVE EFFECTIVELY TERMINATED MY SERVICE, I AM GOING TO PRESENT MY CLAIM TO CONSUMER SERVICE. I REQUEST THAT THEY SOLVE IT AND RETURN MY MONEY.

I do not recommend this office for consultation. They are not friendly, they do not try to help, they are not very explanatory.
