Steve and his nurse did an excellent job! They were friendly, responsive, fast and polite! We needed test for travel, we made an appointment, pulled in, swabbed for the test (which was painless) paid and received our results that same night. Fast, easy service for  RT PCR testing. Staff was very friendly and helped to make sure I had the correct time and info on the test results to fulfill the  requirements for my overseas destination. Results were back in under an hour. Highly recommended.

I went to have my parents tested to go back to France. We did the Rapid Antigen testing, booked the appointment online and we came the day after. We received the results within an hour and we had no issue for the check in with Delta for flying back to France on January 31st 2022. I would recommend them without any issue. It is just a few minutes from the airport in a small plaza. Much easier and faster than any major testing site or Walgreen/CVS who cannot provide results until days...

Covid Same Day PCR was a great experience. I didn't have time to set up an appointment to get a PCR done before my travel date, and they were a lifesaver. Registering didn't take very long at all and the results came back quicker than I expected.

Way more reliable than the "free" methods (like Quest Diagnostics, who were unable to do the PCR test they scheduled with me!!)  Quick, easy appointments, and results as quickly as advertised.  Only glitch is having a current enough web browser to interface with their GoMeyra software interface - it didn't like the older version of Firefox on my home desktop, but it worked fine on the newer version on my new laptop.

I was a little worried on going here and starting. I spoke to my PCP and she said she see's her patients who have gone here and things were good.
So I went and let me say this has changed my life. I am so glad I went and get the treatment. The staff was very kind and the Doctor took his time and explained everything to me once I started the shots.

The staff are great.  The physician I saw PA-C Agey was a tremendous help.  From a very thorough discussion of treatments and options I knew I was ready to sign up.  Everyone was great.  I am now a patient and plan on staying a patient.  I recommend highly.

This place should be shut down and illegal.  These injections are misleading, very unsafe,  and do not correct the issue longterm. I had to stop after 3 months because my chest started hurting and my b/p became chronically elevated. Also, it made me have terrible anxiety and sleep loss.  After i stopped,  I went to my PCP to get checked out and he pretty much laid into me and told me what a good idea it was to stop. Question? Even if you somehow tolerate these,  you can't be on them for the rest of your life,  so what are you going to do when you have to stop? Not only is your body going to be a mess, but so will your T levels. If you didn't have a heart issue, or prostate problems before,  you will after being on these.  Stay away from this place.

My jiujitsu teammate Chris is a member of the staff and recommended this place to me. I began my treatment 10 months ago and it has made a tremendous difference cognitively and physically.

Urgent Care 24/7 Orlando

I waited about an hour past my appointment time, but that’s to be expected this time of year close to the theme parks. The staff is absolutely fantastic. The doctor and nurse were friendly, smiling, understanding, they listened, and they showed compassion for my situation. Without health insurance, I was in a tough spot financially, but the doctor was patient and never rushed me through the decisions I had to make for treatment. I had to consider cost as well as the need to feel better quickly and even though I was flustered and had a hard time making the decision, the doctor answered all of my questions calmly and never made me feel like I was taking up too much of his time or that I was a bother. When you don’t feel good the last thing you need is a doctor being brisk and rushing you out the door before you feel like you’ve been heard or had all your questions answered. I hope I don’t need to go back to Urgent Care anytime soon, but if I do get sick, I would definitely go back to this location. Their chill vibe, thorough explanations, and patience earned my trust. Thank you!

Do NOT waste your time!! $148 (x2) to be seen for myself and daughter. Basically to check our weight and temperature.  No flu like symptoms but they wanted to swab anyway. Once turning down the swabs, we waited a long time before the nurse came back to  say that we are done. No one came back in to talk about the diagnosis or treatment. They sent prescriptions to a pharmacy without telling us. After asking what they sent, we found out it was a z pack (which probably won’t touch my sinus infection). We get to the pharmacy and they sent my daughter’s prescription in liquid form (she is way old enough and weight wise able to swallow pills). I called back to ask to have it switched to pills and they would not!
This whole visit was a joke!!! Do not waste your time!!!!

24/7 was awesome. Got what I needed. Front office was helpful and nice. Overall felt more like a check the box mentality instead if genuinely caring.  After waiting I was asked what pharmacy I wanted it to go to but I had to ask what they found out.  Didn't walk through really anything, just paid and left.  Go here if you need to but if you're looking for some extra bedside manner and care, not sure it's here.

Flew in from Utah. I came in with strong symptoms of a UTI. The employees were SO kind and I appreciated their urgency. But unfortunately I was prescribed the wrong antibiotics. I understand that this can happen, but then after two weeks of waiting and being told I needed to be patient for my culture results, I finally called to find out it had been lost. This prolonged my discomfort and the treatment of my uti. I was at Disney World at the time. Again, great people but I felt like I got practically nothing after coming here, if anything I was worse off after paying out of pocket. They did refund the culture which I appreciated. Maybe it’s just bad luck.

Super friendly knowledgeable staff. Had to take my 2year old while on vacation and they had us in and out quickly. 10/10 would highly recommend if you find yourself needing an urgent care away from home.

Yesterday, I had to quickly find a place after I accidentally sliced open my finger while washing dishes. I hurried to the Urgent Care center, where Zach warmly greeted me at the front desk. Victoria then escorted me to my room and skillfully cleaned my wound before Dave arrived to stitch up my finger. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, and I was in and out within 30 minutes. Today, my hand feels much better, and I'm grateful for the prompt and attentive care I received at the Brookfield location. I wholeheartedly recommend PhysicianOne Urgent Care for anyone in need of emergency care.

The wait was a bit long due to  a staffing issue. The intake individual was very professional n polite. The medical assistant Chrissy was great with our connection to N.Y.C. n Long Island. Incredible had no idea you could do a virtual video visit with the doctor and still do any type of testing that is needed in the local office! … even swab for Strep and Covid, who knew?! Saved a lot of time as the wait in office would have been 4 hours, incredible. Don’t hesitate to book a video visit- anything that’s needed in association with your virtual visit can be done in the local office. Will definitely utilize this in the future.

I do not go to Urgent Care ever, I have had a few bad experiences so I avoid them.  This time I couldn’t and someone recommended this location because of their experiences and what a world of difference. I sat and watched how Zach handled the walk-ins versus scheduled times and explained the processes and was so clear and concise that there was no way people could get angry or escalate because we all knew what was going on.  The place was clean and all the staff I encountered were amazing, Nurse and Doctor included.  What a well run facility!!! Highly recommend and if needed I would return. Runs better then my doctors offices.

Planned Parenthood - Torrington Center

I was referred here by my primary care doctor for an IUD for new birth control. The staff was absolutely amazing !! They knew I was nervous because this was all new to me and they did their absolute best to make me comfortable and they made sure I knew absolutely everything I needed to know about the IUD! The medical assistant was amazing! She told me everything I needed to know about the IUD I chose. And the Nurse who did the “procedure” for the IUD was fantastic! She told me everything she was doing before she did it and was very good about making sure I was not in any pain or discomfort!

Scheduled with one doctor but was seen by another doctor without any heads-up (on the spot change). I did not see that the tools they used were sanitized, girl just took it out from under the chair and put it back in the same place after using it on me.

But yes. They are friendly, except for the woman at the reception.

Been calling planned parenthood three days consecutive! And no answer! To be on the phone with a health care provider and be completely ignored is absolutely ridiculous. If u guys do not want to help your patients. Please drop them so they can find care else where.

I am so glad to be back at planned parenthood in Torrington they have a amazing staff that are helpful and informational on all topics and products. They can be confidential if you like specially if you are a younge teen. Ive always appreciated that when i was younger. I was recently at a obgyn in Torrington for last 5 years since I gave birth and I always had a problem with them with sceduduling or not listening to me basically the complete opposite of what pph stands for. I finally said enough I have options and went back to planned parenthood I am glad I did!

I'm usually really cynical when it comes to doctors and other medical personnel because I have a lot of medical issues but even more bad experiences. This office and its staff are incredible though. Friendly in a genuine way, thoughtful, easy to deal with, understanding, well-informed. Love planned parenthood, you guys rock. Thanks so much.

A little rough at first when I arrived at my appointment time, which was scheduled the day before and confirmed online. The receptionist could not find my scheduled appointment. Wound up waiting 20 minutes beyond the scheduled time but it’s all good. Had a wonderful MA, Trinity, and an equally attentive and friendly PA, Kristen. The good service provided by both of them left a positive impression. I would recommend their services. Ty

I visited PhysicianOne Urgent Care  to have my ears flushed due to wax buildup. I went in as a walk-in, not knowing about scheduling a visit & did wait 2 hours. Staff member Trinity flushed my ears, which were totally blocked & I could hear again. She & the doctor were extremely friendly & knowledgeable! I will definitely return to this facility if I need medical care, but next time I will make an appointment first.

I think this a very good care facility. Everyone was extremely helpful and professional.  They were well staffed and very organized.  I didn't have to wait long. The waiting room was very clean and inviting. The Dr was helpful and did not try to rush through my visit. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who requires urgent care.

Very timely. I was there just after 9am and was done before 10am.
Longest thing I had to wait for was the results of my tests. Which was perfectly acceptable because the samples were collected and analyzed on-site in the office.

Horrible horrible experience. I came in with the flu and a bleeding sinus infection. I was rudely told that “that’s what happens when you get the flu!” And had to beg in order to even get some nasal spray. She didn’t even offer me any theraflu which is CDC recommended for flu symptoms nevertheless someone who tested positive. Today I went to a new urgent care and was prescribed 3 different antibiotics because of how sick I am. They just want your money and will send you on your way. They don’t care about patients here.

Physician Assistant Jessica took her time to listen to my every concern which were addressed with education and attention to detail. I feel great as she knew I would. Rapport was built really quickly with the medical assistant 😳  I forgot her name now.  She was great at keeping me abreast of what was happening and was super gentle. I always take the drive there when sick. They did not disappoint. Thanks everyone. I appreciate the kindness and patience.

Been here several times in the past. Yesterday I waited 3 1/2 hours to be seen. When I was finally seen, the whole process was terribly rushed. I was not thoroughly heard or even thoroughly examine. I know it’s a quick urgent center and I can’t expect a lot, but rushing through my examination was disheartening. No real concern or care. I won’t be back here.

They were able to give me an immediate appointment to check me for Covid and/or strep throat. The front desk staff, the medical assistant, and the doctor were all kind and helpful. It was amazing to get my lab results back in just 20 minutes! They quickly connected with my insurance and had no problem providing me with advice about returning to work. Highly recommend!

Once I got in the room the assessment and care were great. It just took a long time in the waiting room and then a bit more once in the room. Especially since I wasn’t feeling well, it felt really long. Otherwise I left with a plan to feel better and that’s what matters most.

This is the urgent care I've been going to in the past 2 to 3 year's.  The staff is friendly and polite.  The PA was helpful and engaging.  I'm glad I went yesterday instead of going home.  I received the treatment I needed to feel better.
This is my goto instead of the ED.

Lice Clinics of America - Connecticut

Total HOAX and waste of money. AND waste of time. We went with our daughter and she got the full hot air treatment and comb out. My husband and I also got checked and were told we were "clear." Fast forward three days, my daughter is caught with lice again at school and I have it too. This time, we went to LEGIT professional lice treaters who said that my daughter still had six weeks worth of lice in her hair, and that LCA had missed my lice at the appointment (they can tell by the number of nits and adults). Called LCA to discuss, they tried to blame the infestation on a family member who did not get checked at their clinic, but that family member has never had lice as confirmed multiple times by ACTUAL lice experts.  LCA refused to hear actual logical explanation that they had messed up. Don't fall for LCA's scam, find an honest business or treat the lice yourself.

Excellent. Contacted LCA through the website. I refused to go through the at home treatment with Nix again. Got a call back within 15 minutes of my inquiring online. Spoke to a guy who set me up an appointment that worked for me. They are available 7 days a week!!! Can't beat that. Came in and our technician Becky was wonderful. She checked myself and my daughter. I knew I didn't have any, but my daughter did, but it was worth the piece of mind. Got the Airallé treatment. It was pricey, but once again the piece of mind and not having to brush for hours every day for a week is so worth it.

Becky was very informative in everything!! Told us about the lice, the treatment and what to do at home. I couldn't be happier. My daughter was comfortable during the whole treatment watching Netflix. Becky continuously asked her if she was okay during the whole treatment. We came from outside of Springfield MA, driving to LCA, getting the treatment done and driving home was roughly 3.5 hours. A lot quicker than doing the treatment at home!!!

Honestly if you have lice and want to get rid of it, come to LCA you won't regret it. Check out their website cause they will give a form for insurance reimbursement or if you receive Medicaid they have a discount. I truly cannot say enough good things. The treatment was excellent, great environment, technician was very knowledgeable, all around worth it.

This is a place that you don’t know about until you need it. My son's pediatrician told me about this place when I called to ask about best practices to be rid of lice quickly. After 2 days of non-stop laundry and combing, I wanted the reassurance of LCA’s guarantee. Shondra checked the whole family and gave 3 of us the all clear. We did the signature treatment and bought the oil for a follow up treatment. We just did it yesterday but I felt so much better after, knowing whatever was left in his hair is dead. We washed and dried all the bedding, pillows and throw blankets on the hottest setting. LCA gives very practical, pragmatic, non-panicky advice. We are following their advice and as nice as Shondra was, I’m hoping to never go back! Highly recommend. If lice comes to your house, just go and get the treatment before it spreads to the whole family. The peace of mind is 100% worth it!

As a side note, my son is autistic and she was wonderful with that aspect as well. Welcoming, kind and accepting.

We found out my daughter had lice on a Friday at 4 PM and had an appointment at 8 AM on Saturday.  The technician did a great job and was very patient with my daughter.   We did a check up a week later just to make sure nothing was there and we were lice free just like they guaranteed.   It’s definitely expensive, but can you really put a cost on not having bugs crawling in your hair??

This Urgent Care is amazing!! If you’re needing to be seen by a physician asap I highly highly recommend scheduling an appointment at this Urgent Care!! I was able to get an appointment same day by booking online and the process was so easy.  When I got there and went to check in, the staff at the front was SO kind and welcoming, I can’t say enough good things about my first impression. After being checked in by serious the kindness staff, I sat down and waited to be called back. I waited for only about 10 minutes and they even gave out little water bottles to everyone in the waiting room!! After I got brought back, the medical assistant was very thorough and really listened to me when I was explaining my symptoms. I had the same experience with the Physician came to check on me. The Physician Woody listened to me explain everything that had been going on, and did a thorough evaluation of me and my symptoms. Then he came up with the perfect game plan to get me feeling better fast. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Woody and the other staff at Physician One in glastonbury!! Thank you all for treating your patients with such kindness, and thoroughness!! Y’all are Awesome!!

I was able to get on the waiting list before they opened and checked in right away (Tuesday morning). I was able to upload my insurance card and fill out the basic paperwork before going in, saving additional time. They did have me sign a couple of times once I arrived for HIPAA/Billing insurance stuff, but things moved quickly. I was inside a couple of minutes later. The person I saw was knowledgeable and did the correct test the first time. They asked all the relevant information and none of the extraneous stuff. Loved it! I would totally come back here if necessary. I didn’t take normal height photos because I didn’t feel comfortable taking pictures of strangers without their permission. Nice, clean, large waiting room.

It was a great experience. The staff was kind and courteous, and helpful. I got there early for the appointment and I only waited a short while. The doctor, Dr. Woody was great, very professional. I had to get stitches, his work is impeccable. I know when it heals it will leave a minimal scar b/c of his great work. Thank you to the entire staff for easing my anxiety for my injury.

I was seen very fast. The staff was nice and friendly. They offered drinks as soon as I was checked in. Everyone had a smile on their face and the dr and med student answered all questions and did not make me feel like they were rushing me. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone.

I arrived 20 min early - front desk staff was very nice. Nurse took me in about 10 min after appt time and did basics plus COVID swab - she said Dr would be in after the 10 minutes. 35 minutes later Dr came in and said it was negative. I questioned that and asked if it could be the flu with my high fever. He was surprised to hear I had a fever and said that they'd check for that. Another half hour wait until he came back to say they made a mistake and it was someone else that was negative - he then confirmed that I was positive and would call in an Rx. My appointment took almost an hour and a half and they almost misdiagnosed me.
