I attended the traumatology emergency service while I was on vacation and they treated me quickly and efficiently. I forgot a personal item and they sent it by mail to my home address. They were very kind.

We went and they didn't even look at us at the counter, we were invisible, they were talking to each other and then they treated us with a bad face. Very poorly educated.
Afterwards they didn't tell us that the doctor wasn't there and they kept us waiting... until I was tired and asked.
Very disappointed, it is my first time privately and I can't believe that paying for this happens.

Very good experience in vascular with Dr. Martin, experience and trust from the first moment. The clinic staff, friendly and efficient. He operated on me for varicose veins, impeccable, perfect legs, and with much improvement in terms of health, disappearance of the heaviness in the legs and premature fatigue.

My wife was treated for calf pain, after a knee intervention carried out in another center, the treatment was very good by the entire team, they made an appointment for an Eco-doppler and more of the same, all very well What I can't understand is how, with a diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis, they send you to appointments and give it to you within a month, I think it's something seriously serious and the patient should be seen by a doctor and treated that proceeds, we are not talking about a cold.
We have had to find our lives so that someone could treat him.

While on vacation, without knowing the city, I go to the emergency room today (08/12) with pain and stiffness in the neck and fever. In 10 minutes I go into the office and the doctor immediately told me what it was. However, he immediately sends me for an X-ray and tells me another second diagnosis. They prick me and take me home with a collar they put on me. The doctor very friendly and professional. The radiologist is sympathetic. When the nurse said that I have syncopes, she takes me to a room to lie down on a stretcher. Reception a charm everyone that I even asked to be admitted because I felt super covered 🤣 And here I am lying unable to move and improving. I could not stop writing to thank the humane and professional treatment of that great team. Thank you a thousand ❤️

After 20 years of paying my policy religiously every month I don't think I deserve the treatment I received today during a telephone consultation. I understand that customer service is often tough but you should filter out the bad mood, boredom and lack of interest in the work. I don't need to be educated or talked down to. Really very unpleasant. I am seriously considering canceling the policies with this company.

Despite having an appointment, taking a number, waiting for the corresponding thing in the room, we see an 'alleged' medical visitor who has left from consultation to consultation, delaying the time for people to enter. It is a lack of respect, also with all his shamelessness, sticking his head into the consultation once a patient came out, sneaking in and waiting for him to finish. They should have (as was done in the public system) their schedules agreed without affecting the care of patients, who now see that things are still the same but paying in two places (because what is public, we also pay for it)
The attention received has been very standard, without too many options, five minutes of clock and fee covered. The 'alleged' visitor has tripled that same visit time in each consultation he made... Big difference, bad luck, it was our turn.

In general good, I have been there for many years and I am practically very satisfied... just note that it seems that the appointments are given later and later and it is starting to look like social security... one more year and then we will see.

I have literally been positively amazed by this hospital. I was in Huesca spending a few days, I had to go and they gave me an appointment just two hours apart, (you can't even dream of getting that in Malaga where I live), Dr. Rosa Sanz was incredibly professional, quick tests and in less than an hour. I had my tests done and on the street. A joy!!!!!!!! I wish there was some private here like this

Good experience. I have been going to rehabilitation for a long time with Msr and I find it very pleasant and professional.
But many patients for Elka alone and the time that should be with each patient is not there due to lack of time. But I am very happy and the achievements that I am achieving.
The hospital very well, both doctors and tests, very effective and quickly.

It is a building that is becoming too small for the number of consultations they have, although not long ago they expanded it, providing it with more consultations and waiting rooms, but each time it has more users and they have expanded the services with the diagnostic and imaging unit , Dr. Sarasa, and some other. They also provide service to the Huesca handball, basketball and soccer teams. I think the people who answer the phone have also increased to provide a better service, whether you call to make an appointment or when you go in person, and this is appreciated by not having to wait a long time listening to the music, they are also very nice almost all.

She speaks very rudely and has very little empathy towards the people who go there to see our sick relatives. She talks to you as if she were right about everything without listening and without any type of understanding. I think it shouldn't be there because it has no humanity, it is square with the rules. It shouldn't be there. I hope action will be taken because it is very unpleasant

We arrived with my sick son and they already saw us coming from inside that they came out to attend to us. As soon as we walk through the door. Great treatment, 100% recommended.
I am very happy with the treatment my son and I received.

The hospital is very clean, the nurses and doctors strive to do their job to the best of their ability. The only problem I have is the person at the reception who is rude and cannot be talked to or dealt with, now that in all areas they strive to treat clients with the greatest kindness possible, I do not understand why no one has informed him That nothing happens if you are a little more friendly and polite.

Very bad experience at Hedonai Zaragoza. I bought a voucher for 459 euros, and I had already started one for armpits. On April 26, they told me that the laser machine had broken, and that, for the moment, I had to wait. To date, they have not repaired the fault and I have requested the bonus amount of 459 euros that they have returned to me. They have not returned the remaining amount of the armpit voucher to me because it had already started and they told me that it could not be returned... I will spend it when they repair the break... at the moment I have already made an appointment at another center other than Hedonai and without problems.

I hope the company reconsiders its actions in recent months, given that this is the second time in 7 months that the machine stops working...

My recommendation, before buying a bond, think very carefully.
