Wish it could be a 0 for the office staff. Got a referral and pretty much wasted time. The Dr's were nice and friendly but couldn't help with the issue I was having with my inner ear and eustachian tube. They had me tested for sleep apnea and an apparent 6 month follow up. I had no record and no call about the appointment, JUSTa BILL FOR a no Show! Tried to kindly let them know I received no call/reminder and had no record for that visit! Refused to waive the charge! Never dealt with a Dr's office like this. I see multiple Dr's every month...I know my health appointments and not willing to work out the issue is crazy! I guess they think they have a monopoly and I am forced to see them again...what ashame!

Surgery yesterday.  No communication to pharmacy for post op meds, no response to inquiries with office, no care at all.  It's really hard to imagine being treated more poorly.  Now 48 hrs later

Dr. Medaris is by far the best ENT I've seen so far. He takes his time to explain things and answer all my questions. If I ever need anything he's easy to get ahold of thru the ladies up front, who are always so kind and helpful. I won't go anywhere else.

Horrible experience! The office staff are constantly overworked and don’t have any time to do any of the clerical work that might be asked of them. Really need more receptionists or people in the office to assist!!

The NP, Glen, is great. Always kind, great with my children and explains everything well. We are so thankful to have this clinic in close driving distance to home. Dr. Roberts did well with the surgeries. The staff at the office are always helpful and kind. Highly recommend

The front office staff are super welcoming and nice. Was a little anxious about the process, but, the staff all were super caring and thoughtful throughout the process, and helped put my mind at ease. Would definitely recommend!

Impressive, clean facility. The staff is attentive and friendly, and ready to assist!! If you dont feel your 100%, definitely recommend stopping by for some lab work.

This service looks interesting and love the new setup. Heard good things about the owners, next time I’m in the neighborhood I’ll check it out.

The place looks great and tastefully done. I am looking forward to using their services soon!

My experience was good.  There wasn't a long wait time before I was seen.  The personnel was friendly and explained everything where I could understand it.  It was a positive experience.

Excellent care…A convenient alternative when one is unable to obtain an appointment with his PCP for an acute illness. This was my second occasion to seek care at this location in Maumelle. I would highly recommend Healthcare Express to anyone with an acute illness needing immediate care. Very satisfied.

I have asthma and sometimes, usually, my regular PCP cannot see me for 3 weeks. With asthma, you can’t just wait 3 weeks. Healthcare Express always works me in and they are so professional and kind. Yes, my copay is more because of my insurance, but I will never hesitate to call on them. I’m so glad they are here in our area.
My teen daughter cut her hand at work and they quickly worked her in and gave her 4 stitches. She was so scared, but they were very good with her.
I think my whole family has been seen by them, for various reasons, and we are always treated with compassion and empathy. Thank you for all that you guys do.

The NLR location was full but the receptionist so kindly booked me an appointment for the Maumelle location. The Maumelle location was so helpful with my child who was puking and feeling really miserable. Both offices were very professional and kind! We will definitely be going back next time we are sick. It was a fast and easy visit.

Emily was very impersonal. I asked for my son to be given IV fluids due to severe dehydration and flu diagnosis I was completely dismissed. We were told to treat over-the-counter with Tylenol and Motrin and I had to ask for a prescription.

Friendly clean environment, the nurse I was assigned was very hands on and very detailed orientated. Most importantly she's doing everything to fix the old problems there before her time.

I went in because of a bad cough and horrible chest congestion. When I finally got taken back, the nurse did not take any vitals and just gave me a flu and a covid test. When these tests came back negative they sent me home. They did not check my chest, they did not check my blood pressure, they did not even check my temperature while i was there. I had pneumonia according to the other doctor I went to see. I would advise everyone to not go here for any reason. They charge you to basically just take a covid and a flu test without actually attempting to see what was wrong with you.

The wait in reception was a little longer than I would have liked, but the APRN I saw (Eric Luster) was great. He was especially friendly and very attentive.

I recently went into this clinic looking for a primary physician. Rachel was very nice and down to earth in my opinion. I really felt like she took the time to talk to me about concerns and she even gave great advice on how to obtain a replacement IUD. I’m glad I went to this clinic and was seen by her.

Wonderful people that are all very good at there jobs don't feel like you are cattle being brought in the front and out the back and all of them seem to actually generally care for there patients well being and try there best to make you your absolute best as well and that goes a long way

Savanna is so amazing at what she does! I get super facials here and there when my acne gets out of control and I can’t say enough good things. She also does laser hair removal services and she always makes me feel so comfortable. Definitely recommend Balance Med Skin to everyone!

Maddi is the best, she is profesional and so nice and friendly, I’ll be back with her in a couple months. The place is very clean and cozy.

I’ve had several facials with Savanna and she is phenomenal! She was very professional and communicated and explained to me what she was going to do every step of the way. Best of ABQ. This place has been a life saver. When things are stable and easy, they are reliable and dependable. The front desk is friendly and the provider I have seen is caring, professional, and friendly.
When things aren’t stable and easy, say during medication shortages and other unusual events, the staff have gone over and beyond my expectations.

Also, shout out to the pharmacy located inside the clinic - they are fast and very helpful (they actually ran back an alternative medication suggestion to my provider while I waited!).

If you are have mental health issues then you need to STAY AWAY from Sage Neuroscience! I was having some tentatively serious issue and was in what I call a “Deep Funk”. They were able to get me in to see someone quickly, Apparently this was an initial meeting to assess and assign the best counselor for my issues. So once I understood what was happening and that I was not going to get any time to address my specific issues I stressed that I would really like to get someone quickly to help. I had asked for a male counselor but told my intake interviewer that because I was in this state that I would take anyone and asked that this could happen quickly. After over a week I had not been contacted. I left a message that I was disappointed that my issues were not taken seriously and asked that someone contact me soon. I never got a call back, It’s been 2 months and still no contact. Luckily I was able to get through the pressing issues but it confirmed that Sage Neuroscience doesn’t care about helping people. IF YOU ARE HAVING MENTAL ISSUES DO NOT GO TO SAGE AS THEY DO NOT CARE!!!

I went here for a very important treatment for my mental health. It took me weeks to months of consistently calling, visiting, and reminding them that I needed an appointment just to get the treatment started. The people treating me seemed completely detached the entire time and did not seem confident about what they were doing. I later found out they used a treatment on me that was not FDA approved. My doctor also did not show up at all for my telehealth follow up appointment that was supposed to happen 3 months ago, and Sage still has not refunded me for that appointment. Now, because they have incomplete records on my treatment results, I may be blocked from getting insurance for that treatment in the future. The people working here are generally good people, but their entire system is broken and WILL screw you over in the future.

I know somebody who has been trying to contact this place for two days trying to get medication refill and no answers. What kind of establishment prescribes lethal medication that could cause harm if the person has to withdraw from it because staff can’t answer the phone or refill the prescription? This place needs to be investigated for negligence. By others reviews, this place is neglecting there patients by ignoring their needs of simply needing their prescription fill. Sadly, I hope nobody gets hurts because the establishments action. Don’t come here and avoid at all cost.

Avoid at all costs. New clinical director was originally brought on as a contractor under the guise of addressing the phone complaints by re-training phone call handling staff, then suddenly got hired as the new executive director and began to make sweeping changes that served to increase profit regardless of negative impact to patients as I'm sure you can tell. There is no longer any regard for quality of care. Really shady things going on here, if you are in crisis please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere if you are able to. It's not worth your safety and well being to place your trust in this org when they are solely concerned with lining their pockets. They aren't out to help our community any more merely to profit off those who truly need support.

Dr.pendelton is absolutely amazing!! He's compassionate and has healing hands. I've have suffered from migraines for over 25yrs  ive tried several different medications several urgent care and ER visits to abort the migraine, nothing wk long term. I  was  very desperate to try anything to have what a normal pain free day  would be like and to  have a real smile again. That was until I made a appointment with Dr Pendelton he told me the reason WHY none of those medications weren't working for me was because I wasn't having true migraines,that I had alot of tension in my neck & shoulders. It only took 2 adjustments and I've been migraine free going on 3 was! Stop taking all those medicines and pay a visit with Dr.pendelton you won't regret it! I promise! I have seen Dr. Pendleton for years for arthritis pain due to an old injury. Overtime, my pain became more severe and more frequent. Dr. Pendleton suggested food allergy testing to see if we could find a trigger for this increased pain. Sure enough, I had several food allergies that were causing increased  inflammation. Dr. Pendleton helped educate me on what foods to avoid, and added supplements to my diet. Almost immediately, my pain decreased drastically, my migraines are rare, and I feel so much better. I am so thankful for the team at SWBP!!

So grateful to have made my appointment with Dr Pendleton! I’ve know him as a colleague for over 20 years and have always been in awe of his wealth of knowledge and always enjoy hearing his viewpoint on brain health. I have sent patients to him over the years for brain injuries and have always heard amazing success stories, where people couldn't find help anywhere else.

This time, I was the one with the fall and potential head injury. I went to him after experiencing memory issues, dizziness, emotional trauma, difficulty concentrating, residual frozen shoulder and recovering from 2 wrist surgeries. I was frustrated, having difficulty performing and enjoying my-day-to-day activities as well as being fully present for my own patients. When he sat down with me to explain what he found, I immediately starting crying from relief. He told me I didn’t have a head injury but that I had inner ear imbalance.  And then he treated me. I got up from the table and started walking and then stopped because the tears were flowing. I felt like myself again. I hadn’t felt like that since I fell 9 months ago.

I literally walked out of the office and had that cliche moment where colors looked brighter. I went to wash my car and went to the grocery store and felt normal for the first time in months. Over the past 2 weeks since my initial appointment, I continue to improve and feel so grateful to be getting my life back. I’m enjoying my garden, having conversations where I can actually be present and go about my day feeling like I’m not going to fall over.

I highly highly recommend seeing Dr Pendleton and staff. The diagnostic tools are state- of-the-art and the treatment is something you’ll find unique to this office. So grateful to get my life back!
