I give the Vivanta Castellón dental clinic one star because I can't give a zero. That franchise is a hoax. They have scammed us. They are inefficient. They deceived my family and me. We have wasted a lot of time (9 long months and nothing resolved) and we lost all the money paid. More than 500 euros thrown away for a poorly made, uncomfortable dental prosthesis that constantly falls out and is impossible to use. Time wasted. Test after test and they never managed to correct it. False promises of work completion. They always told us that the problem was that we didn't do enough prosthesis tests... After having gone to these tests for 9 months, we got tired of insisting... so we went to another clinic and they helped us super fast. They don't want to give us our money back because they say it's work done... but BADLY DONE! They have no shame 😡 🤦
