This place is the worst! I would give it a 0 if I could. I booked makeup (which is advertised on their website but they don't even do) and a blow out and paid $105 in advance. They called and let me know they don't do makeup and never refunded me. This was a month ago and I still have not received the money. I cancelled the blow out after reading the reviews and have still not been refunded for that either. I called about six times and even came in. When I came in no one was there and the "manager" I guess was getting her hair washed. After I waited for her she first said I wasn't in the system and then claimed she refunded me the day I canceled. She did not and I had to call my CC company to dispute the charge. Do yourself a favor and book any salon besides this one. Not sure how they are still in business with these reviews.
Made appt online and paid and 45 minutes prior via text was told appointment had to be cancelled bc stylist was “sick”. After reading other reviews obviously that was a lie. I don’t even k is how this place is still in business
Horrible experience. Manager so unprofessional and apparently she is the sister of the owner. They charge your CC and then call and cancel your appointment and do not refund the CC.
I had a hauntingly similar and terrible experience as the previous reviewer had with this salon. I wish I had read her review before I booked! A few hours before my appointment, I was contacted via text that the appointment I booked was no longer available. I rescheduled for the actual day of my birthday. While pulling up to park for my appointment, I received a text that the stylist was running 40 minutes late. Since it's my birthday, I have other plans and couldn't sit around waiting, especially since they already canceled me once. I asked for a refund. They refused to issue me a refund stating that I CANCELLED!!!! Furthermore, I was told that an additional $30 charge would be issued because of the cancellation. When I expressed my frustration (respectfully) stating that I would refute the charge and contact the Better Business Bureau as well as give negative reviews, the person who texted called me a "child." I'm amazed this place manages to stay in business treating customers this way.

Christine killed my hair! I have super thick and curly hair and she blew it out in 30 minutes and I was obsessed. Thank you!
