evolation yoga atlanta

I've been practicing at Evolation for over a year now after trying out some other businesses when I first moved to Atlanta. I appreciate that they are a small independent studio with a personal touch. The yoga teachers knew be by name after just a few classes and offer personal touches when helping me grow in my practice... Unlike the larger multi-location studios with 40 people per class... I don't just feel like a number. While I sometimes like the energy of a high volume, jam packed class... I've come to appreciate a more thoughtful quieter approach to yoga where its not about speed and how fast we can move through a flow.. but actually getting better at technique and perfecting breathe to movement.

This studio is amazing! I love the classes. The instructors are so kind yet provide super helpful correction to any poses you may be doing incorrectly. This is hands down my favorite yoga studio (and I’ve quite literally tried all of them in midtown!).

I love taking the early morning hot 26 yoga class at this location with Ayodele. She's an excellent instructor. I've been taking her classes for about a year now and I have no complaints.

The best!! Johnny is so sweet. He introduced himself to me and welcomed me because he knew I was a new face in one of his classes. Variety of different classes all throughout the day and even some at night. Always arrive 10-15 minutes before the classes. After the first day, i was already feeling better. It’s challenging, but rewarding.

Vladimir Tchakarov is an excellent instructor. If you are beginning in yoga his slow flow 75 class is perfect he eases you in many yoga positions effortlessly as you inhale and exhale. You feel rejuvenated and absorb the positive energy vibrations.
