Buddhi Yoga is one of my favorite studios in San Diego. The studio owners have created such a kind and welcoming community. They offer a wide variety of classes both in person and online. There is a cute boutique in the lobby that always has new items and great sales. The studio offers unique workshops and teacher trainings throughout the year, and they even have a studio podcast! I can't say enough good things about this place and the two women who own it. I am so happy to have found this place!

I live in New York and have been taking Buddhi Yoga online classes for years. I love what it has done to my body and mind, and have gone beyond what I ever thought I could. Love you Carolina and Amanda!

If you live in, or are visiting La Jolla, this is the best yoga studio. Amanda and Carolina have built an amazing studio with an excellent location, exceptional teachers, a range of classes for every level. It's the perfect place to practice!

Buddhi Yoga has the best atmosphere. Floor to ceiling windows make the studio feel light and airy, and the sounds of seagulls reminds us how close we are to the ocean. The instructors are top notch, the variety of classes at Buddhi outnumbers the variety of classes at other studios, and the monthly membership fee is far less than other studios.
