Amazing job!!!! Showed up on time as scheduled. The technician was very courteous and professional. He did an excellent job on our carpet. Our carpet is about 8 years old and has held up to 3 kids, 5 dogs, and 3 cats during this time. It looks almost brand new and definitely smells like it's brand new!!! No more pet smell is the best part!

I picked Zerorez because of the advertising that leads you to believe their processes result in superior carpet cleaning. I hoped that was true but after looking at the carpet, which is a two-year old Mohawk Smart Strand carpet, the technician explained that he could not guarantee that all the stains would come out. Oh well, that’s what they all say, which immediately classifies Zerorez as nothing special. Sadly, he was right. I found the result to be just OK, nothing special. It was also pricey. Three times the “three room special” price. The technician was very polite and professional. I would give him five stars.

I am very impressed with the job Zerorez did on our carpets. Austin was our technician and he was awesome. We had years of pet stains from incontinent animals, and we couldn't walk on the carpet without shoes anymore. Our carpets were stained badly. Austin was professional, and knowledgeable. He made our carpets literally look brand new. I don't have any before pictures, but I do have some after pictures and you'd never know that these carpets just had dark stains all over them. We will definitely continue to use Zerorez in th future. Thank you!

Very pleased with Zerorez service. Scheduling and confirming is very easy and the cleaning was great. The carpets look much better and made the whole room smell fresh. I also had my vents and upholstery cleaned. Very satisfied with Zerorez. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

Mark was the most professional and knowledgeable person we have ever used to clean our carpets. He truly cares about providing the best possible service!
