Zerorez Idaho Falls

A friend recommended Zerorez to have our carpets cleaned; our carpets were pretty dirty. The representative who cleaned our carpets was friendly, professional and thorough. He listened to what I requested be done, and he did an excellent job. We are very happy with the final results, and will have our carpets cleaned by this company in the future. I highly recommend!

I chose this company to clean our carpets because of the positive reviews that I read online. It was easy to schedule on line, with a price estimate. They followed up with an email, called me 20 minutes before our scheduled time, and came to the house as stated. The technician went over the cost before starting, and then went to work. It took about an hour to clean the areas. So far I am happy with the service!!
