I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at this yoga studio, particularly with the incredible instructor, Nicole McCarthy. From the moment I stepped into the serene space, I felt an immediate sense of calm and positive energy. Nicole's guidance throughout the session was truly exceptional. Her instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the practice accessible for all levels of experience. What sets Nicole apart is not just her expertise, but the genuine warmth she brings to each class. Her soothing voice creates an atmosphere of tranquility, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the practice. One of the highlights of the session was Nicole's gentle neck massage at the end. It was the perfect way to conclude the practice, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and completely relaxed. It's these thoughtful touches that make the experience at this yoga studio truly exceptional. The ambiance of the studio itself is inviting and calming, providing a perfect backdrop for a transformative yoga experience. The attention to detail, from the soothing music to the serene lighting, enhances the overall atmosphere and contributes to the sense of well-being. I love this location! Front desk is always really nice and know everyone by name. Facilities are always clean and hot yoga is always a really good temperature. Instructors are so welcoming and motivating. You can tell they really like their job. I have not done any workshops, but different ones are offered every month. There are enough classes daily to suit most schedules. Great stress relief and weight management.

I absolutely love Yoga6 Trinity!!! ❤️ It's only been a few months and I feel great! Instructors and staff are professional , very supportive and friendly! The studio is clean and inviting 👌! Before I dreaded going to the gym...for decades! I was a personal trainer as well so I had to keep the positivity ! Yoga6 Trinity helped me get my motivation and inspiration! Thank you Yoga6!

Very disappointed in how visitors are treated. I visit Trinity quite frequently since my parents live 5 min away and wanted to check this facility out. There was a free class that was posted on-line; however, when I went there, they charged me $25 for that first class. I would have joined for whatever package they offered, bc I enjoyed the class! But was disappointed in the way visitors are treated. I would have been back in town several time and taken more classes, but I don’t think I’ll be back. They lured me in with the free class and I was charged $25 for the class. Overall the class was challenging, but fantastic!

Absolutely loved my experience at YogaSix! Favorite part was the cold lavender essential oil towel & neck massage at the end. 10/10 would recommend! My friends & I did their hot yoga class, so much fun! Beautiful space, clean, sweet staff/instructors & the yoga flow was great for all levels.
