Initially bought a 5 class pk to check out studio. Front desk always welcoming and friendly. Studio is clean with a boutique vibe. Sculpt and Flow and TRX classes are nice options for those of us who are not Yoga purists. Classes end with instructor fanning a menthol infused towel-very nice touch! Decided to continue and invested in the Holiday 10pk class (6 for free).

I went to my first hot yoga class on Thursday and I couldn’t be happier with how it went. On top of everyone being friendly and helpful, the place had a lovely vibe to it. The class I took was instructed by Sky B. Although this was my first class and I was expecting it to be a bit difficult, Sky allowed it to be easy. As she told us to do certain poses she always gave options for an easier way to be able to do the pose. I enjoyed how she was on and off her mat, she showed how to do every move while also walking around. Something about that made the class feel less robotic and more interactive. I was able to understand everything she was saying, her voice and choice of words were also very calming. After the class they provided eucalyptus towels and it felt wonderful on the back of my neck. I was also able to join in on a friendly Thanksgiving challenge. We were giving the chance to see how long we could plank, I stopped at 5:51 and the amazing lady doing it next to me went to 8 minutes! Incredible and inspiring. I’m glad I did the challenge after the class, people gathered and cheered on and it really gave a sense of community. To top it all off they offered a choice of healthy snacks for the car ride home. Overall my experience was definitely a 10/10.

I have been going to Y6 since it opened. I love how the studio treats its members and genuinely cares. I recently had my baby, and the studio called to make sure I was ready to get back into things and prioritized my health and safety. I love all the instructors, but I get the most out of Chastity's classes. Her flows are great and body feels so much better the next day.

I had a great first class at Yoga 6. The facility is beautiful and I loved the warm (not hot!) temperature of the 101 class. The instructor was wonderful. I appreciated she wore a microphone and was so accessible. Mostly, I was very struck at how welcoming the staff was when I arrived. Every person I encountered was so kind and welcoming. I will definitely be back.

Great space to relax and get your yoga on!! The staff is super friendly, they have a water station - so bring your bottle, lockers, bathrooms, parking, and I love the wet towel they offer after class. Premium features at a budget friendly price. I’ve already recommended to family and friends. Looking forward to the next class already.
