YogaSix Belle Isle

The facility is super nice and shiny! The staff are very welcoming and encouraging! This place exudes positivity! My body has been feeling so good after starting these classes. I am a massage therapist and I've been looking for a place to liberate tension and explore movement for my body and this is definitely my happy place! :)

I am often in Conway area visiting family from out of state. My aunt brought me to YogaSix for a Restore class with Josh. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. The warm up was brief and effective. Gentle stretching allowed for release of tension after a week long visit with family. I will be back next time I’m in town. The cool towel at the end of class was nice and refreshing. I recommend the Restore class with Josh to anyone who needs a slow relaxing stretch with a kind and attentive teacher.

First of all the unit is very clean and inviting. All of the staff have been very friendly and available for any questions. I had a problem and Vanessa was more than willing to help work it out. Carrie is a great teacher. Always checks with class if any problem areas before beginning. Offers different choices for certain poses. Very calm and knowledgeable. I love her class and feel great after. Will try other classes and instructors but since I am still new to yoga and probably the oldest, I am fine here for now.

Was my first ever time trying yoga and the restorative yoga class with Carrie was amazing!! My regular form of activity is weightlifting and Masters Track and field, this class was a wonderful change of pace to release tension and restore my muscle and joints. Would definitely do it again. If you're questioning whether to try or not go ahead and take a class. Review not sponsored or endorsed.

I love this studio! Heather is an excellent teacher who is very passionate about what she does. She provides modifications with every pose and is very attentive to each student in class, looking at their specific needs based on where they are that day. She's even taken the time after class to provide additional instructions and things I can do at home to improve my strength and flexibility. All the staff are very friendly, approachable and encouraging. The studio is very clean and I love the cool towels offered after class!
