YogaOn with Cari: Private and Corporate Yoga

Just can't say enough good things about Cari! She is the real deal! She came to our coworking office in July and led our group in a basic yoga class that was not intimidating, suitable for all ages and body types, relaxing, rejuvenating...really just what we needed! Members who were apprehensive about participating even told me after this experience that they wanted to do it again! She is a great instructor and a really warm and kind person. Highly recommended!

Wedding Day Zen with Cari was a most wonderful experience. 'Yoga on your wedding day' was a gift to my daughter which I knew she would truly enjoy. Cari was a very welcoming.relaxed, down to earth instructor who offered different options to suit different people. We all left feeling like we had a workout -but also relaxed and chilled -ready to face the busy wedding day ahead. All the wedding party loved the session Cari THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH -by far the best choice I could have made.

Cari is an exceptional teacher. I love her ability to pace her class in a way that feels safe in your body. I have lower back issues and she made me feel stable and taken care of as we explored a variety of poses. She has a way of immediately creating a calm, gentle, and loving environment. It's clear that Cari knows yoga on a deep level. She is generous in sharing her inspiring story and I love how she reminded us to breath along the way. She incorporated high quality essential oils which only added to the relaxing experience. I would recommend Cari to anyone and especially beginners since she is so good at teaching with clarity, steadiness, and kindness.

Cari led an amazing wedding day yoga class! She was respectful of our preferences and of our varied abilities. She encouraged proper posture and good health without over-doing unnecessary instruction --meaning, she used her time wisely. Cari gave special attention to the bride, keeping us mindful of how we are there to support and love her. It was truly a wonderful and helpful experience!

Cari is amazing and everything one needs in a yoga instructor! She does regular classes at my company. No matter your skill level, she will make sure you are getting what you need. In fact, one of my favorite things about her sessions is that she gives the students the opportunity to tell her what it is you need. AND SHE DELIVERS! :) Beyond that she is quite knowledgeable on holistic health as a whole, so she offers a wealth of information in that arena, as well. So yes, you should YogaOn with Cari!
