YogaMix

I had a wonderful first experience today at YogaMix. I worked with Ana at a noon class for all levels. She was amazing and the people in the class were very kind. I felt welcomed immediately and cannot wait for my next class. I would absolutely recommend YogaMix and Ana to anyone nervous to try something new and seasoned yoga people.

I registered for a class through ClassPass and had no issues when I got there. I'm not a regular at yoga at all, but figured I'd try it. I took the "all levels vinyasa" and I thought it was really good! The instructor was clear and the movements were applicable for a beginner. I feel like in past yoga classes I'd feel overwhelmed or they were really serious, but here they feel a bit more modern and not as stuffy! Had a great class and will definitely be going back!

Took an amazing yoga class this morning with Gina! She had such a positive fun spirit and was helpful throughout the class as I haven’t done yoga in years! This particular class was a nice mix of holding poses and movement through various flows. I feel great! She also plays more “top 40” music which was really fun! Highly recommend checking her out.

I have been a long-time member of YogaMix- I go there about 3-4 times a week and it is now a part of my life since all it has done is benefit me. The classes are easy to book, location is convenient and easy to park at, the staff is BEYOND sweet and welcoming, and there is ZERO gymtimidation or body shaming or discrimination here. When I go here, I feel like I’m going to my second home to relax and unwind in after a hard day’s work. They have such a wide variety of classes like shuffle dancing, core/ab focused classes, strength classes, yoga styles of various kinds- I can honestly go on and on about it. It has never let me down!

I've been coming to YogaMix for about 2 years and love it! The small studio makes it easy to make friends, the playlists are always fun, and the instructors are amazing!!
