Yoga Box

Yoga box is a great yoga studio. It’s always clean and the staff is very welcoming. I love the Recovery Restorative class at 5:30pm on Sunday with Allie B. It’s a yin style class and a perfect way to end your weekend.

I love yoga box and the yoga box community! All of the instructors are kind and welcoming and offer plenty of modifications for yogis of any level. They also offer sculpt classes involving weights and cardio which are tough but leave you feeling accomplished!

Yoga Box on Broadway is the perfect studio. The audio quality is on point, setting the perfect zen mood. The color-changing lights are a vibe. Also, the locker room is a very nice touch – they've got it all! Seriously, it's my happy place 🧘🏻‍♂️

My favorite yoga studio/HIIT class in Denver! The music is always rad, the instructors change up the workouts every month so it's always feeling fresh and new, and I love the high intensity of it all.
