Yoga Box

Just attended Carly's sculpt class Yoga Box at their Arcadia location was a great workout. It’s fun, upbeat, and had a cool ambience. The class I took was good for helping build strength & endurance. Understand there a variety of classes depending on what your body craves. Highly recommend if you are looking for a nice change of pace or a consistent program.

I absolutely love yoga sculpt at yoga box! The best instructors that push you mentally and physically! I am a marathon runner and Pilates teacher and find yoga box to be very beneficial and have noticed results! I love how informative the teachers are and how empowering they make you feel!

Love this studio! The playlists are always very energetic and the instructors keep the flow of the class going. I appreciate that they offer sculpt classes with weights, bands, and blocks to challenge you. Additionally, it's great that there are different sculpt classes for various parts of your body. I also really love the restore classes, which are great for stretching - especially if you sit at work a lot or just need a rest day. Cannot recommend the studio enough. Very glad they are in the area.

New to yoga & loved the classes with Rachel and Kris. Staff is very friendly and answered any questions I had. I also love that this studio is LGBTQ+ owned! Unfortunately I don’t think this studio is for me. I was charged several times for not cancelling a class 8-9 hours in advance in additional to being charged a no-show fee for being exactly 1 minute late. There’s really no leniency for those who have a busier than normal schedule.

Yoga Box is one of my favorite places to practice. Pricing is affordable and there’s always a positive energy and vibe. I frequently take Kris’s Power Flow and always feel better than when I left. He has such an inviting presence and I never feel judged. I highly recommend Yoga Box for all yogi levels.
