The staff here are incredible! You cannot ask for a better facility nor people. Furthermore, the personal training offered by Mrs. Sarah Blackburn is unrivaled! Over this past year, personal training with her as culminated in 30 lbs of fat loss and 7 lbs of muscle gained. The customized nature of the training really helps to achieve individual fitness goals. If you’re seeking a new gym membership, look no further!

I’ve been with XYMOGYM going on 1-1/2 years and couldn’t be more excited about being here and with my progress! Yes, the facility is nice, in fact it is very nice....showers, sauna, changing rooms, equipment, overall facilities and the best team! But, being part of the culture that XYMOGYM has which is a lifestyle of improvement, companionship, and generosity is motivating. They are continually finding ways to challenge us in every HIIT class, yoga class, or in the weight room (they also have a basketball court too). If you want a unique, great experience unlike any other fitness center in Orlando do yourself a favor and do a tour. Once I did I knew right away that I wanted to be part of XYMOGYM and it just gets even better from there!

While there are many gyms to choose from, XYMOGYM offers a unique experience. I’m not usually one for group fitness, but their HIIT classes stand out from the others. The coaches have the perfect fusion of assistance and letting you be. The vibes are always fun, high energy. I always look forward to the next HIIT class. I also use the weight room, which feels more like an exclusive pro-sports training facility. They cap the membership too, which helps the private feeling. It’s also, somehow, pretty affordable compared to others!

XYMOGYM is clean, has great trainers/coaches and the saunas round out my challenging workouts with a muscle relaxing sweat. I highly recommend XYMOGYM for anyone who wants to see a difference in their body and health.

This gym has exceeded all expectations. I use to attend D1sports gym and the classes do not compare to what I have experienced at Xymogym. I am so thankful to have found this gym. The trainers and staff are amazing and the facility is incredible. I have noticed such an amazing difference by attending the classes and consistently showing up. Thank you to you all and I can't wait to keep coming back.
