Windsor Hotel & Tower

We did t have the best room because we arrived very early and we were pushing for having a room. The view wasn't the best and there were a huge amount of doves in the windows and in the terrace . In another hand the room service was amazing, the food incredible as well. All the employees' attitude was really great, especially at the front desk ( great attention from Renato ). The hotel is well located in the Cordoba center.

This was an exceptional hotel. The restaurant is amazing. We had the steak almost every night. It was great. The staff and servers were all very friendly and helpful.

Good hotel to enjoy Córdoba downtown. It’s a good location to walk around famous places. We could visit all famous places by walk. It seems little bit old but it was really enough service and cleaned facilities. Their breakfast was also amazing quality.

Threw My Lunch Away! I had a good visit for Lunch on Monday so I returned the very next day for a different menu item. Here is the problem when you eat by yourself --- You cannot go to the bathroom. I ate at Winston's café and ordered a a sweet ham & cheese croissant 🥐 and a cappuccino ☕️. While eating I had to use the restroom. I left my phone charger at the table as an indicator that I would return. I cannot leave my purse or valuable items at the table. When I returned, the table was cleared away, and my food was taken. I have not paid yet. I wasn't finished eating. In the time it takes to use the bathroom they clear off my table. When I returned, I sat at my empty table for a longer time and no one ever returned to attend to me. No one ask why is this girl sitting at an empty table without food or service? And the bar was nearly empty so why were they in such a rush to clear my table before I paid or finished eating? What does this situation mean? It means they don't want me there. Eventually I just walked out of the hotel. My feelings are hurt. I have never just left a restaurant before without paying but should I pay for food I didn't get to eat? I will not return a 3d day. The food and service on the first day was good but very disappointed in the second day. Not consistent.
