I'm very happy with the quality of workmanship and professionalism I experienced at Williams Body & Paint. Jerome the owner is a quy that's truly passionate about doing a quality job. After many estimates from different shops in the Springs I chose Williams Body & Paint. The main reason I chose this shop isn't because the price was any cheaper. I had other estimates that were cheaper and after looking at the others work so was it. After putting 35k plus in my vehicle I wasn't looking for necessarily the cheapest job I was looking for a quality one. People that care about quality and want the most quality for their hard earned money need not look any further. In my opinion this shop does quality work and puts the customer first. I just added the 2nd phase of photos to this post and the proof is in the paint. When the body work is top notch this is the result. Paint that looks wet when it's completely dry.
The worst body shop in the Colorado Springs area! Extremely unprofessional and unorganized. They took 2 months to fix some hail damage on my car and at the 4 week mark when I went to check on my car work hadn’t even been started on it and insurance had already cleared everything. When I finally got my car back after 2 months without a vehicle the hood was completely misaligned, the interior and exterior was covered in metal shavings and dirt (after I was promised it would be detailed and I waited longer for the detailer to clean it) and the brake lights were unplugged.(Didn’t notice this till I was driving home and my buddy called me) Everytime I called to ask what was going on with the car Jerome blew me off saying it would be ready soon and that more “unexpected” work kept popping up even tho they only fixed what was on the original estimate. Terrible shop take ur car anywhere else but here.
Worst repair shop experience of my life. False promises on timing. Did not complete repair. There was thousands of dollars MORE damage to my car upon pickup than when I dropped it off.
When I brought it up the new damages, not only did I not get an apology, Jaime denied that they were responsible for damages that occur when the car is at their shop. She was extremely rude and walked away from me mid conversation. Furthermore they did not finish repairing the damage from the accident, and instead implied that I was a liar and refused to look at or discuss the photo evidence that I had and tried to provide.
The initial expected repair time was drastically shorter than the actual repair time (though no new damages were found). After I dropped the car off, they told me that the repair would take twice as long as they initially estimated. I requested multiple times that they call me instead of texting with updates, yet I never received a phone call once about the status of the repair.
Overall it was by far the worst car repair experience I have been though. Jaime was very rude and unprofessional. While I was waiting in the shop I heard Jaime gossiping and insulting another coworker named Jerome.
I have been and will continue to spread the word about how bad my experience at Williams was. And especially about how no efforts were made to make up for the excessive damage that was done to my car while it was in Williams care. Particularly since NO APOLOGY was given. The only good thing I have to say is that the secretary was very friendly and helpful
I should've looked at the RECENT reviews. It seems like this body shop has seriously went downhill. I scheduled an appointment three weeks prior for a hail damage appraisal and when we showed up, we had to reschedule to two months from now. Complete waste of time. I tried calling to figure out if there had been a miscommunication, but was unable to speak with any one who could tell me anything and just was brushed off. I know there's a massive demand for body shops in town, but this is a BIG red flag, especially seeing other reviews mentioning communication being non existent. That being said, I'm glad that they ruined my experience from the get go instead of making me wait for months to find out how big of a mistake that we had made!
Absolutely 10/10 service experience here. Had to bring my BMW in 2 weeks ago after it got damaged in a parking garage, and Jerome handled the whole repair spectacularly. Provided consistent updates in progress, checked in if there were any questions, and you wouldn't even know the car was damaged after the repair magic he worked. Highly recommend these guys for your body and paint repair needs.
