Was there for us the entire time walked us through the nightmare of having to deal with progressive insurance progressive insurance kept telling us how bad this place was and they wanted us to move our car to a shop that they sponsored I refused, Blake and his team were there for us the entire time. I recently hired the services of Wichita Collision and Dent Center in Wichita, Kansas, and was assisted by Blake Baysinger, the project manager. From the start of our traumatic accident, Blake worked with my wife and me, displaying outstanding communication skills and empathy that our family needed during this difficult time. He listened to my wife’s needs and had our damaged car picked up from our home the day after the accident. I contacted Blake shortly after my wife told me he was taking excellent care of her. He offered many forms of communication that I needed as I worked all business hours. Blake listened to me and identified what I needed to resolve our issue. He worked with our insurance company, American Family, and introduced me to some of his external peers to answer questions that he could not answer. From day one, he was the leader of our project and went above the call of duty in every way we expected. I am impressed with Blake’s professionalism and dedication to his work.
