My kids happy place is the mall! These Christmas decorations make them so happy. All I bought were some bath and body items and a slurpee and pretty sure ai made their weekend. My hope is for the mall to succeed so we can keep this nostalgia open forever. It’s nice to touch, see and feel before buying.

Very nice mall! Went to wander around while on a road trip. Has a lot of stores, full food court with a "popup" vendor space, and even has a few areas with a third floor, which isn't very common with most malls these days. I went to use the men's room by the food court just after the mall opened, and it could use a little more attention as it looked like it wasn't cleaned during closing the night prior, there are a lot of pushy vendors in the walkways at the small kiosks, and it didn't feel like the air conditioning was on in some parts of the mall (supposed to be a high of 91⁰ today), hence the 4 stars, The rest of the mall is pretty great for a medium sized mall. Would come back if I got the opportunity. Thank you to the staff for everything else this mall offers.

It was great to go to a mall and see that it was open, and crowded with people shopping and interacting. What an enjoyable visit.

Love the mall itself but is very inaccessible to people with mobility issues and/or service dogs. Last time I went, none of the elevators were worked so I could only use one floor.

One of the best place to shop in mall in St Louis. Unlike chesterfield mall which is deserted, west county mall is very happening. All the shops were having latest stuff and food court is key attraction. There is small kids play area also which drives kids to mall. Somehow I managed for parking. JC Penny, Macy, Dicks sporting etc,. are key places to shop. Must visit for shoppers. Massage chairs are in plenty to provide relief form getting tired.
