Wendy's

This was one of the best Wendy's I've been to in the whole Ozark Branson area! Super clean lobby, the service was amazing and the food was delicious! Very happy with my experience here and highly recommend if you like a quality Wendy's experience look no further!

I stopped by this Wendy’s on my way to Branson expecting an average burger and fries and let me just tell you, my expectations were exceeded. All of my food was hot and fresh, my fries were good and seasoned, my burger tasted like an actual burger and was seasoned very well and I think I can honestly say it’s the best burger I’ve had in a long time which is shocking considering it came from a fast food chain. I was very impressed and would be glad to stop at this Wendy’s again!

The customer service was on point. Karen took our order and was super sweet!!!!

I went to pick up a Doordash order this morning around 7:45. The door to the lobby was locked. I checked and pulled on it 2x. I went through the drive-thru line, as the app tells us to do. The girl rudely told me I had to go inside. I told her I tried going inside and the door is locked. She told me the door wasn't locked. I let her know I pulled on the door 2x with no luck and needed the order, as well as letting her know I had nreason to lie about the door being locked. She said she wouldn't give it to me through drive-thru. I told her I wasn't going back to the lobby and I needed it through the window. She yelled at me that, "You can just sit there all day then". She finally said with a rude tone, "Fine. I'll go get your order" and got off the speaker. The lady at the window wasn't much friendlier. I wouldn't lie about the door and I wouldn't go through drive-thru when it's desired that we go inside. Unbelievable, rude, unnecessarily inappropriate service from Harrison Wendy's this morning. Very sad that people are allowed to treat others like that as they represent a business, especially.

Way better than a few months ago. They didn't refuse to cook well done bacon this time. Great.
