Wendy's

I went to this Wendy;s last year (Sept 2022) and they messed up my order - was told the girl was in training. Okay fine. I get that, no biggie. BUT... I went again twice this year (Oct 2023) and both times it was a mess. They asked me if I wanted to donate $1 for a coupon book so I did, bit after I got home they did not put the coupon book in my bag. No receipt because they were out of paper. Tried to overcharge me the second time but I had to sit at the drive-thru window and help them correct it. Ugh! Food was good though.

This is a great Wendy’s to eat at. Fresh food and friendly staff. It’s also nice being able to finally eat inside a Wendy’s again since some of them still have drive-thru service only. Lots of different drinks to pick from with the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine (always one of my favorite things about Wendy’s). Would definitely come back again!

Good food but rarely is the food ready at the window. You are told to drive around to the side and wait, been there often and rarely have my food in under 10 min at the window this why I gave a three. Fast food that isn’t fast is a bit contradictory. Staff is nice though, just baffled why they are often out of staple like chili or have basic food items ready to order.

My bun on my Jr bacon cheeseburger was so hard. I couldn't even eat it. The lady that ran the drive through, Shekinah was so extremely rude for no reason. I asked her for a receipt and she didn't hear me because she was too busy talking to her coworkers at the drive thru window. When she handed me my food I asked her for a receipt and ketchup. It seems that upset her. She handed me my receipt and no ketchup so I asked if I could get some ketchup too. It seems that really irritated her. She THREW the ketchup in my bag. I said thank you and she gave me the dirtiest look one could give.

The manager was so rude and spoke to my son and me like we were trash! Simple questions were answered harshly and when my son asked for an order he had gotten before the manager told him that it was impossible. Either the staff needs to be trained with her ways or she needs not to be in front. but I felt like I was racially profiled
