I order late a lot and most restaurants don't care when it's late... So now I know to call ahead and speak with the manager. Just get on a 1 on 1. So my food gets delivered right and I can tell you. I just literally got off the phone with this manager iand my French fries We're cold half spillin no ketchup..frosty was melted this was a nightmare.... I even commended this manager for doing late night orders and when I got my order. I couldn't believe I did that I feel like an idiot

Ordered the chicken sandwich with 4 nuggets and 4 spicy nuggets with fries and lemonade. That peace of lettuce should not be in my sandwich; where is the rest of it ! Was there a shortage? Seriously The driest chicken sandwich ever.

I literally border the same thing every morning faithfully. The people at this location are rude and disrespectful slamming the window in our faces as we pull up with no explanation..you guys definitely need to do better. Simple communication goes a long way

Four employees are standing around; not doing anything. Then, tell me to go place my order at the kiosk. I don't work for you or Wendy's. It's sad these folks want $15 an hour, but don't even take your order and want you to take your own order? If that's the case, fire the front staff, and give me a discount for taking my own order. All you really need is a kiosk and a cook anyway to replace your sorry, very rude, and not very helpful staff!

I we t to this store on Monday, November 6, 3023 at around 1pm. This crew SUCKS!!!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, MY FOOD ORDER WAS INCORRECT!!!! This is my go to store, but I will never come to this store around 1pm again. Need to hire a whole other crew! I would have returned my order but I had ready made it home.
