Wendy's

I used to go there because of the great chili they used to have. Used to are the key words. I ordered a bowl of chili and what I was given was soup. Exactly, SOUP. There was no ground beef at all. Some beans and lots and lots of red chili taste SOUP. I took it back to the counter and I was told: Sorry but the lady who makes it is gone for the day. As if I was asking to speak with whomever. They didn't care about what I was trying to say. There is nothing left of what it used to be.

Uhm. Plenty of employees up front. All of them ignoring the customers.. Makes sense to block the drive thru...this place is on my blacklist even for picking up doordash and ubereats orders. Won't be ready when you get there

This is by far the worst wendys location I have ever been to. No one has a clue what is going on, and this is a reoccurring situation. The food takes forever even when you order 2 items. I don't think I have ever received a complete and correct order. And if you try to get your order corrected, you will be met with hostility and extremely sour attitudes. It's hardly ever busy and still can't seem to get anything correct. Extremely poor business. Super disappointing.

I understand we showed up late in the evening, but we showed up 15 mins before closing. When your hours are posted as being open and there is a handwritten sign that says to come back in 15 mins, which is then after closing, it says a lot about the staff. They probably would have spit in our burgers, so I'm sure it's for the best.

On a wildly busy Saturday after a decent snowfall and things turning to ice, we decided we wanted some frostys for us and the kids. They were absolutely slammed, so I went in to order. The manager got to me quickly and apologized for having to say food is going to be about 30 mins. I informed him I just needed frostys, and he said, "That's no problem. I can have those for you now." I paid and then watched as ticket after ticket from doordash or uber eats kept coming in one after another. Yet he kept his staff calm, and they were all working extremely hard. It's not often you get great service anymore, especially when a place is insanely busy. However, when you do get it, it should be recognized. So that's what I'm here for to recognize the manager and his staff from this Wendy's on a cold, blustery, busy Saturday for being kind, helpful, and still getting the job done. If we ever need quick food or another frosty, I'll be thinking of this Wendy's now, thanks to the staff.
