Don't Go Here!! So...I ordered a Baconator meal for dinner. This location said they were out of bacon. So I ate elsewhere. Same night. I go to get a baked potato and chili for the morning....Wendy's baked potatoes make killer hash browns in the morning for breakfast....AND I'm told they are out of Potatoes for the night. What a joke of a business. Waste of time. Poorly managed place!

Ordered a 6 piece regular nugget and 6 piece spicy and they gave me 8 spicy. I’m sure yall are bad at math but what the… are you doing? Mostly employees probably just don’t care. At least they were luke warm….

Spent $40 on cold food. When I called to complain, the guys argued they dropped the fries fresh— along with the meat. Repeatedly. I will agree the meat is definitely “fresh” though.. I think mine moo’d at me. One star because my sprite was lit.🙄 Thanks Wendy’s.👍🏼

Can't even take a special order! Just grabs anything and throws it in the bag without a care or concern of what the customer ordered. How hard is it to Omit cheese from a sandwich? Absolutely zero work ethic and no pride in their work!

Prices on the order board at drive through are not what customer is actually charged. small frosty is $1.29 on board and $1.49 on register. Manager said there was nothing she could do. After I cancelled the order the manager told me to leave and never come back. I went through the drive through again to get a photo of the cost discrepancy. Stopped at the window to get the owners contact number. Manager refused and told me to leave her window. Shouted at me several times. I took a photo of her. Finally closed window. I have reported this to the Wendy's customer care. UPDATE: Heard back from store manager. Very civilized response complete with apology. Prices have been updated, employee (not manager) was reprimanded. Actual manager offered to treat me to a frosty. I may give this another try.
