The manager wouldn’t give his name over the phone but he left my daughter in tears with his terrible customer service. A bunch of clumped together cold fries

Went through the drive through after a very long drive. We were given the wrong food, I was not given a receipt to verify. Fries were hard and cold! Burger and chicken I did t order were gross! Won't eat here again!

I love Wendy's but I will never eat out again serving half raw burgers is very dangerous please be careful the staff does not care this place needs to be shut down

Incompetent and lazy explains these employees perfectly. It took them 16 minutes to take 2 car orders and then told the car in front of me and myself that they were "closed". Only a bunch of lazy employees would delay taking orders just so they can finish up early. Bad customer service.

The wait to order can be long but when the food is always hot and fresh and I always feel better when I sink my teeth into the burgers Only complaint really is strawberry frosty should be an option not forced on loyal everyday customers....hard to explain it to a child and this is a great place for them so can't wait till those are back Chocolate always
