(Wow this location is in need of some serious management and or staffing training or retraining.)
As you walk to the door you see so many fingerprints and smear marks you can't even hardly see inside. As you enter your shoes are autistically stuck to the floor like a movie theater that has never been mopped in front of the drink machine The smell inside smells like molded carpet and mildew.
The men's restroom needed to have been serviced
I stopped and went inside the dining area today. I arrived at 6:00 pm wait to 5 minutes inline before our order was placed. 6:06 pm order was placed , cups was recovered to find out we wer over charged an extra $2.40 for a drink we didn't order.
I didn't say a word and proceeded to see how the rest of the eatting process was to work out

(Several other people were already waiting to receive their food in line when I arrived and were not being served and seemed to be ignored.)
At 6:25 pm I approached the counter to ask about my order.
Noone seemed to know where my order was or what happened during my visit
After much mass confusion I did receive my order 6:27 pm. As I stood at the counter
It was later determined they had given my order to the wrong guest who had.already.left out the door.

1 each baked potato 🥔
2 each Chicken Nuggets 🍗🐔
1 Soft.Drink ( But was charged for two each instead)
After getting my order, I have a seat open the bag to find out I needed to go back to counter and ask for butter and sour cream that was ordered with the baked potato.
Summer Salad tasted good and seemed fresh (But, lacked the bacon to that was ordered to be on it)
Chicken Nuggets we're hot and to and tasted good.
For the time I spent here and the lack of quality of service, I don't believe I will be back anytime soon.
Tonight was my latest in bad customer service and an overall lack of competence in running a retail establishment. Ill be brief. Ordered food on the app. Paid on the app. Got to the store to get my order. Not a chocolate frosty in sight. They offered pepermint. Not a frosty. I do not like mint ice cream. They offered a drink. I already had a drink. They said tough luck. They weren't giving me a refund. They said I could wait 15 minutes for the chocolate frosty machine to make frostys. I agreed. Please pull up. Immediately a different person came out and said they have no frostys and wont tonight. Offered me 6 cookies in exchange. I said how about 8 cookies, not really what I wanted but resolves the refund issue. He comes back out with 2 cookies. Said the asst manager would only allow 2 cookies. Asst. manager refused to come talk to me. Manager not available and they refused to give me the name of, or didn't know the name of head manger. This is my forth similar issue at this same location on Main street Jacksonville, AR in past 2 months. EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME IN HERE AND EXPECT IMPROVEMENT. My fault for expecting reasonable service and my order I paid for. Amateur hour. Still waiting on refund. Also, the store number on the receipt is not a valid store number. I suspect they do this to keep complaints from being processed on their website. So frustrating.
Alexis is Amazing!! Such a great addition to the Wendy's team.. So I come thru the drive thru.. Ready to order my food.. When i realize there are New Menu items(Haven't been in a while) I hesitantly ask what goes on each burger,she guided me thru the whole Menu,most people get agitated having to answer what goes on each burger,but she answered with no hesitation and stayed pleasant thru the entire process.. After finally deciding what I want .. I get to the Window and then decide I want French Fries lol.. Such like a woman to never know what she wants right lol . I kindly asked if I can add it to my order and she said yes with a smile,McDonalds would of told me drive around but any who.. My whole experience was great. The food was hot and I had no problems at all, Thankfully.. Because of Alexis and the great experience she gave me I will definitely be coming back. She made the experience great !! #TeamAlexis🥳
I came to Wendy’s and I had a lot on my mind and after I placed my order I couldn’t find my debit card, and I was frantic, and the employee Saed was so nice, he said just take your time we’re not in a hurry, and did and found my card; I would like to say that wasn’t just great customer service, but extremely Great customer care.
I’m so proud of this young man, and see him doing great things in his future. Wendy’s has a true gem, hold on to him.
Dine in is decent but drive thrue is not good at all especially in the evening. We used to eat there 3 to 4 times a week but I will not go back since one of their employees called me such a vulgar C. word and in front of my son at that. I was mentioning to the person in drive thru that they was gonna end up losing alot of business due to them not being fully staffed or bc their all goofing off in there like it wasn't rush hour and I was being sick then she said loudly its c word like me that makes her day f uped. So I reported her to the corporate office. On top of that, we rarely got all of our order and 90% of the time the fries are always cold.
