Wendy's

Asked to pull forward ..thinking we were getting fresh food…. Food looked like It was made hours ago. Chicken nuggets were dry . I bypassed what a burger for this 🤮

I have been to several Wendy's locations, and they are pretty much all the same. This one gets a high rating due to an employee named Travis. He was friendly, kind, and patient with us (two senior citizens, one who can barely hear). Because of Travis, we enjoyed our Wendy's visit very much.

Ordered on the app. When I arrived at the store, nobody greeted me at the drive-through pulled forward to the window. Nobody came to the window. They have been open for 30 minutes, so this is unacceptable. Myself and the cars behind me chose to leave, even though we had already paid for our food, and had no way of getting it

I have been here 3 times. First time was great (drive thru all times) 2nd time okay, but when I got to the window there person was like she didn't care. And there was no thank you for coming here. Today, was worse. Same person. I don't think Wendy's should have an employee working at the drive-thru if they don't care about their customers. It seems like she does not like her job. If these places would teach their employees to say thank you it would be a vast improvement. Went there at 1:55 pm for lunch. I was the only person in the drive thru. so no reason to be inconsiderate.

The place does start working or help the drive thru un 7 or later when it says its open at 6:30. Therefore they should be ready to help people at 6:30. Waited 30 minutes on the mic on the drive thu. It’s ridiculous.
