Wendy's

Shame on Wendy's. We have been buying frosty key tags for a couple years now. Starting today they have implemented a small fine print rule that they NEVER have used before for years. Starting today U can't use more them one tag per visit. we were regular customers who visit often and will Never go back. This is a joke. Having several kids going through for a tiny frosty with a purchase has been a great experience. Treat for kids. They took that away now. Lost all of us as customers.

This was probably the worst experience I’ve had anywhere I’ve went to. I walk in for take out and there’s 2 people in line, so I wait for the line as usual and it seemed to be taking quite a long time. I realized their front register was down. They fully gave out free food to the first person who was waiting a lot longer than others, yet he didn’t get his food til around 20-30 mins later. I’m now the only person in line and 25 minutes go by and I am COMPLETELY ignored, not a single worker nor the TWO managers had the capabilities to take a single order. As a manager myself, I understand times are difficult, but you should NEVER ignore the guests. They didn’t write my order down on paper, they didn’t ask me what I needed, I had to finally speak up and ask for my order to be taken. Around 5 minutes after, I get a young girl who takes my order with extreme attitude. I order just one meal and it took another 10 minutes to get it. To top it all off, nobody has their shirts tucked in, no gloves, no communication with managers, AND some poor women was charged $36 for a small frosty. WHAT IS THIS SERVICE?! How can 2 managers on duty possibly mess up this badly? Tables were terrible, there was only 2 soda options on the machine. Overall, whoever the managers were on this day needs to be fired. I will never come back to this location, it’s quicker to drive 15 minutes and order at the other locations by the time it takes to get an order here.

Food was so bad and dried out I couldn't eat the nuggets the hamburger looks like the didn't have enough meat so they pieced it together with different slices of meat and covered it in pickles. One of the Worst Wendys I have ever eaten at. I can see why McDonald's is getting so much better no competition from Wendy's restaurant. It's not even good enough to finish my review

I didn't eat while there. But their pomegranate lemonade was a big hit for me. What I appreciated was the cashier who was very busy getting drive through orders out. Acknowledge us waiting and told me she would be right with me. I let her know how much I appreciate being acknowledged.

Went through the drive thru the female was rude very sarcastic w/ attitude. Had me waiting for awhile before talking my order. When she took our order there was another car in front of us. She gave the person in front of us their food after five minutes then gave them their drinks after two minutes. The lady kept looking at us through the window. That vehicle stayed there at window chit chattering with the employee. It rude and good thing I reverse my vehicle and left Becuz I didn’t want to be a Karen and explode
