I ordered the Chicken BLT biggie bag and received just a regular chicken sandwich smothered in mayo, and I was still charged for the Chicken BLT

We went through drive through. We got home. From my understanding we ordered the wrong burger. And I understand that we got what we paid for. So I paid for Jr. Burger severed cold hard hamburger patty . 2 pickles, one eye drop of ketchup. The only employee who took the call had said it was also to have onion. She wasn't friendly. And couldn't or wouldn't apologize. I've never had such horrible treatment from an employee. So from now on I'll go to the one on Zero which we've ate there many times and everything was 100%perfect every time. The employees they had before were great polite said thank you.

We went in about 915-930pm. The wait staff were super friendly too! They have a couple new items & I asked what was on it etc. The cashier answered my question & didn't treat me like an inconvenience. Once we got our food,she checked on us to make sure it was good & we didn't need anything. 10 out of 10 overall experience.

Allyssa took our order. She spoke so low you couldn’t hardly hear her. No enthusiasm no smile whatsoever it was pretty rude. She didn’t seem like she enjoyed her job at all.

I use to love Wendy's. Their food has gone down hill. I had one of the $5 deals. It comes with a chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets, fries and a drink. The nuggets seemed like they were dried up. The chicken sandwich was just Ok. The fries and drink were the two things that Were pretty good. I wanted a choc frosty but they said they were out.
