Wendy's

I had to stay late for work and asked my wife if she wanted me to pickup Wendy's on my way home. I ordered her a Dave's Single, got a Spicy Chicken Ranch for myself, and a couple of orders or fries. My wife opened up her sandwich and said it was the most beautiful burger she had ever seen! The tomatoe slice was perfect, the lettuce was perfect, and the bun was beautiful. She said it looked just like the marketing picture! I just wanted to share that you made my wife's night.

We need a new area manager or general manager here. It's been slow and off putting for about a year now. I'm sorry, but you need to meet with sims development group to learn how QSR is ran. Speed of service, presentation, and friendliness of staff is so critical. It needs to be taken into serious consideration. This store could make about 250k more in sales a year if this was fixed.

On March 26,2023 on a Sunday i ordered a biscuits & gravy and small potatoes through the drive thru. But the biscuits and gravy did not have enough gravy. They should have people that knows how biscuits and gravy are soppse to look and taste like. But its all good there's a Mc Donald's right across the street. I will not go to Wendy's anymore.

Friendly staff, but typically always out of chocolate frosty/ broken. Help your store by getting them new items! Not refurbished junk!
