I normally don't write reviews, but I had to in this case. I had about 20 min till I had to be somewhere, so I dined in. Spent the whole 20 min waiting. By definition, you can't call that fast food. The reason why it took so long, was because they kept ignoring my order. My tray was sitting on the counter the whole time, and they'd add one item about every five min. (I only had 4 items.) And all the while they would finish other people's orders. Orders from people that ordered ten minutes after me. When my order was finally ready I had to go, so I asked for it to go. They forgot to give me a straw and spoon. Sure, maybe I could have grabbed those, but I was already late. They should have remembered. When I finally got to eat, I realized they got my order wrong. I ordered a Big Bacon Classic, and they gave me a chicken sandwich. That's not even the same animal, so I don't know how they screwed that up. And side note, the sink in one of their bathrooms was broken. No sign to say so though. Luckily, there are plenty of Wendy's. I'll make sure not to go to this one though.
ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE FROM A FAST FOOD PLACE! As a LEGALLY BLIND customer who comes through this particular parochial frequently and order the exact same thing every time. The #8 which was a Pretzel Pub Burger, but apparently was replaced by some disgusting Nacho Burger. Not knowing this, or being able to see the change on the menu due to my disability, I prefer what I always do. Ask for extra CRISPY ONIONS & said whatever the Sauce is that you put on that pretzel burger, can you go light on it please. They said OK. Not saying a word that the memo has changed, neither of my requests are even on the Nacho Burger, or anything. They just stayed quiet and took my money. When I got home, I realized this isn't what I ordered. After calling them about 8 times in a row before getting someone I got an EXTREMELY RUDE MANAGER who I told all of this to and he said "well looks like you'll know for next time" didn't offer to fix it, didn't say bring it back and we can switch it for something you might like, didn't care I'm legally blind and can't read the menu. He basically said " well that sticks for you, but to bad i don't care, we already got your money" I wouldn't recommend this place to a SINGLE PERSON EVER!!!!! All they care about is taking advantage of disabled people and taking their money!!!!

THIS DOESN'T LOOK LIKE LIGHT SAUCE NOW DOES IT!!!! THERE'S NO CRISPY ONIONS EITHER.... SO..... WHY WASN'T I MADE AWARE OF THIS? IT'S OK I'LL CALL CORPERATE MYSELF...

I ordered a Dave's Double, sandwich only. Not too complicated right? I was charged $6.99 plus tax. $7.41 total. I handed them $8.00 and told them to keep the change. They handed me a bag in less than a minute and down the road I went. Got the burger out and I had a Dave's single worth $3.79 plus tax. No receipt in the bag. I did not have time to go back and get it straightened out at that point. What a joke. Fast food is hard.
We just drove up 15 minutes before closing and they gave us cold burgers that were charred on one side. When we complained she said they were closing. When we asked if they could issue a refund or give us a coupon employee said we could come by tomorrow to talk about it. Stay away! If you are open to a certain time you should still be able to serve a fresh and correctly cooked burger until closing time. I will never visit this restaurant again. So angry right now to be treated like that after they served us that kind of burger!
The food tasted like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for a while. It was very disappointing. Typically the food is great because it's made fresh never Frozen. To top it off the manager at this store was very rude. We had a issue with our order and was standing behind us doing something with the trash. Didn't give us the courtesy of coming to the counter and speaking with us. Then when he did he was upset that he had to stop what he was work on to attend to us. I would recommend wendys to family and friends. I just would not recommend this particular store!
