Wendy's

I like this Wendy's. Food is decent - hot and fresh. Drive thru lines move fast. Service is good - employees are nice. I noticed this location has bad reviews for the evening, and closing crews. I have only been to this location during the daytime, and have no feedback for the later hours. I have gone in for breakfast inside the restaurant a couple times to do paperwork. I did notice those mornings were very quiet without a lot of customer traffic.

Hours online show open til 1am. I can see people inside and when you drive up to the window there's an automated message asking about rewards. We are already limited on late night options. Change your hours please. Now I'm hungry and stuck with one option that starts at 3x cost of a meal.

Been here a few times both as a customer and a Dasher. The staff is a bunch of rude teenagers who like to have melt-downs, scream at customers, don’t know how to fill orders, or much of anything else. Yes this is the manager on the right. The GM hasn’t been around in months, allegedly. Reported this location to Corporate, DoorDash, and Better Business Bureau. Don’t waste your time or money here - there are other and better options nearby.

This place is close to my work, that's why I go. Of all the fast food places, Wendy's is my favorite. The people in the Drive-Thru are super nice. Although the the last few times I've been there it seems a large fry has less and less fries. Recently I went through the drive-thru, I asked for a Coke zero and got an iced tea, I asked for no mayonnaise no pickles and got no mayonnaise, no pickles, no mustard, no ketchup. Still, you get what you pay for.

The only thing I can say about this location is that the service was incredibly bad. I could never comfortably recommend this location, nor will I return until they fix their staffing problem. Blatantly rude.
