When they won't switch out grilled chicken for a spicy chicken patty .... You order a plain spicy chicken sandwich and double up on the wrap, new spicy fried and grilled chicken. Not to bad all fit in the tortilla too!

I really wasn’t expecting much, it’s fast food. Waiting in the drive through line for 20 minutes was a little out there, especially when there were only 2 cars ahead of us and it was no longer the lunch rush. That doesn’t bother me as much as the experience we had with the employees, one in particular. There were two working our order at the drive thru window. Neither said much of any word to us, we were the ones saying “thank you so much” “have a good day” etc. Which isn’t the worst part, I know how overworked fast food workers are firsthand, so I knew they must have been tired. What wasn’t really forgivable was the death glares I got from the young lady. I kid you not, as we waited on our food she kept glaring at me through the window. I would look away and look back and she’d still be mean mugging me. To describe her, she was a little on the heavyset side, with dirty blonde hair and a shaved part of her head. Lady, I don’t know what I did to you personally, all I wanted was food.

My girls always enjoy stopping here for a frosty, chocolate of course. We have tried the new strawberry flavor and sadly it was not the greatest, I'd much rather have a vanilla frosty any day of the week. But overall customer service was great and the chocolate frosty were a huge hit as always. I would highly recommend using the app when you order so you can earn points, score free food and utilize offers.

This location is probably the worst one in NWA, which sucks because it’s on such a busy street. We went Sunday at 9:40 and waited 25 minutes to get food when there was only one car in front of us the whole time we waited. No other car came. The girl who took our order was nice, so I’m not sure if she was the only only working but that’s what it seemed like. We waited 10 minutes before the car in front of us left, then we got to the window and waited another 5 before we were told to pull forward….even though there was no one behind us. The food was also wrong once we got it, I wanted a number one maple bacon chicken breakfast sandwich but I somehow got the breakfast baconator instead. Again the lady who was working was super nice, I feel like she is definitely overworked and was on her own on Sunday, not her fault. Just disappointed with this location and how they allow someone to be on their own and run a whole store.

I’m on the road and I ordered food for my wife and kids. Unfortunately, my kids food was burnt crispy and hard to the touch. My wife had no choice but to give our kids her food. Upon being notified of this, I ordered additional food from somewhere else that is more consistent in service and breakfast food. C’mon Wendy’s you gotta do better! Treat every food item like it’s yours when you are at home. At
